Woodcock Cycle Works: what do users think?

Brent “Dabody” Bodnarchuk: I Had The Pleasure Of Being Assisted By The Sales Manager James In Buying A Giant Revolt 2 Today. I Was Extremely Anxious As It Was The Biggest Investment In A Bike I'd Ever Made.He Was Very Informative & Honest Whilst Displaying A Unique & Very Human Understanding Of My Anxiety. James Went Over & Above What I Or My Wife Expected, Whom Was Also Incredibly Impressed With James.Without The Time James Took With Us, Professionalism & Sincere KindnessHe Displayed I Highly Doubt I'd Have Purchased The Bike Today.James Is A Credit & Amazing Asset For Woodcock Cycle Works.

Matt Gregory: Great service, dog friendly and some fantastic bikes! Nicholas went out of his way to fit and set up bikes for me and my wife, then arranged for me to pay online when my credit card wouldn't work in the machine in-store.

Nancy Kelly: The best. Ginge is amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable and fun!!!

Joanne Longley: Took my bike in for gear adjustment and they did a great job. The Service was friendly , knowledgable and helpful. I would certainly use their Service again.

Allan Pelletier: Great service. Showed up with a broken rear derailer and they changed it for me while I waited. Took away the stress with my WPFG race in a few days. Thanks to all.

warren jerris: next level service every time we come in

Shawn Schell: Great communication and shipment follow up from Ethan.

Lindsey Wiebe: Very helpful staff!

Adam Roy: I've been ordering a ton of bike related gear online lately, because my local stores in Atlantic Canada are pretty much limited to only Trek stock, and I'll admit I'm not super into that brand for a bunch of reasons.Anyway, a lot of my orders this summer have been shipping incredibly slow. Like, they've been picked off the shelf slowly before they've been packed for skipping. Sometimes a week before shipping. Not Woodcock. The person shipping my gear was named Olga, I believe, and my stuff actually got to Halifax about 4 or so days sooner than I expected via Canada Post.TLDR: Thanks, team! I'll work with you again and recommend you!

ERIC C: Awesome service department

steve barsby: I buy all my cycling gear from woodcock and have all my servicing done there as well. Woodcock is by far the best bike store in Winnipeg

M B: Great group of guys! Helped me pick out and set up my bike.
