Chris Gleeton: I brought my Giant Trance X to have all the parts swapped over to a new carbon frame for warranty purposes. They took the bike on pretty short notice, and were able to get the work done within a few days. This frame swap was a very complex one with a ton of parts and cable/wire routing, and the work done was top notch. I feel like my bike was very well taken care of throughout. The warranty request with Giant was also completed through Olympia, and they took care of all the back-end work. The staff were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and caring.

Austin Vialoux: Picked up my Aventon Aventure.2 step thru today. They fully charged the battery and modified the handlebar for extra height. Great service. Aventure.2 did 1hr 15 min of mixed riding at full speed most of the ride 32kph. total of 28km and still have 58% battery so expect about 2-2.5 hrs or 55km of fun per charge on this fat bike.

Most seemed uninterested. This was during covid, so places were quite busy. I called Lifesport, and even though they were busy too, they were willing to do it. I showed up and within 45mins they completed the repair! My son and i were super happy and appreciative. They showed old school concern and attention to customer service. Ben Chapel: The shop is busy during riding season - a great sign. I booked a job to have a new two-speed Sturmey-Archer "automatic shift" hub laced up to my existing rim for single-speed bike. They were able to do the job a day early, custom cut 32 black spokes as per request and laced, trued and installed the wheel back onto my bike. Since the new IGH needed re-gearing, they installed a 22 tooth cog in place of the original 18 tooth - the new cog required a new longer chain, they did that too. Thanks Guys, great work. Highly recommended

The first was a fully built bike where they supplied all the parts, the second build I brought in the frame and they helped me with the rest of the parts. I came here to get tune-up, spare parts and installation. This will be my bike shop from now on in town.The shop itself is quite spacious underground, and lots of parts for you to choose. Otherwise, you can imagine of almost any parts or brands you wish despite they don't have it in stock, as they will figure it out for you.

Whenever I schlep my bike down the stairs to Natural Cycle for a repair, I'm impressed by the friendly & knowledgeable staff who never ever make me feel like I don't belong there. If something isn't quite right the first time they make sure it is resolved, and they check before they do even minor things that would add to the cost. Best bike shop I've gone to, and now the only one I will!

Thankfully I found and called Bicyle Garden and they told me they could accommodate me if I showed up that same afternoon. The guy took my bike in as soon as I showed up and I was able to see him work on my bike and be done within less than an hour! They saved my day and their prices were super fair! HIGHLY recommend this place. I’ll be back there whenever I need something related to my bike for sure!

Philippe Bardet: I love the annual maintenance that is included with bike purchases. Note that it’s now a 50% discount since 2021. I especially like the fact that recommendations on part changes are not driven by spending and that if a part change is not necessary after initial estimation, technicians won't proceed with the change just for the sake of it.My last service was for 3 bikes and despite asking for level 2 service, they decided it wasn’t necessary in my case due to some parts being replaced, so they just charged level 1 price. It is a nice surprise when you see the final bill. Thanks for being honest.
