J SanAlba: During last week's heat wave, we came home to find our house unusually warmer than usual. We found that the A/C fan outside was stopped spinning. Called Sarte Heating & Cooling office and service call was logged in. Within 30 mins Sammy responded and he came right away. He found the issue, replaced the part and was done within 30 mins. Rich V: My furnace kept cutting out in the evening and I called SH&C to set up an appt for the next day. Ed came at 10am and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Turned out it was a bad heat exchanger. He left to pick up the part and returned shortly to do the 3-hour install. After the install, he also cleaned out the inside and now my furnace is running smoother than ever. He was very professional and no mess was left behind. I was told someone from the shop will call us at 8am when they open. True enough Ed phoned. He took the information and he said he will check if there is available part. Arbie Balajdia: Norris is a life saver. Yesterday the coldest day of the year my heat went out. I contacted furnanceman and they came out and got furnace going only to have the furnance dead again after leaving within 45 minutes. They refused to come back and fix the issue. I contacted Norris who came right away at 9pm and was able to completely fix the issue without any problems. The best part was Norris charges me well below what the furnance man was going to charges me when they stated they'l be back next day. Norris cared and knew how cold it was -45.
