MA J: Called City Wide after we figured out our hot water tank was leaking. The person we spoke to on the phone was super helpful and was able to give us a quote immediately. Jordan came out the next day and replaced the tank no problem. He was super friendly and answered all our questions. Also love that they took the old one away. Alina Taplin: . The tech called early in the scheduled service time to say he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. He found several code violations for the tank I had from another company and was very knowledgable as to why these were violations. He seemed quite sorry to have to reveal these problems to me. He did not pressure me in any way but answered my questions well. I ended up getting a new tank and am very thankful citywide is available on an emergency basis as the other company I had used previously for the tank install was not available despite listing themselves as being available 24/7...... I see City Wide has good reviews. So I gave them a call.The girl on the phone was very friendly. She said she can have someone come down today or tomorrow. I said today would be fine.Okay, she said "we will send someone to take a look at it." Then she started to tell me the cost of the tank and the cost of just having someone coming down to look at it. Arbie Balajdia: Norris is a life saver. Yesterday the coldest day of the year my heat went out. I contacted furnanceman and they came out and got furnace going only to have the furnance dead again after leaving within 45 minutes. They refused to come back and fix the issue. I contacted Norris who came right away at 9pm and was able to completely fix the issue without any problems. The best part was Norris charges me well below what the furnance man was going to charges me when they stated they'l be back next day. Norris cared and knew how cold it was -45. He really went above and beyond. Gave me tips regarding my furnance. I will never go anywhere else regarding furnance issue. While I thought I'd commited the wire placement to memory, I was wrong. Winnipeg Supply Service Experts had someone out that same morning, who promptly switched the wire and suggested snapping a photo of the setup if I make another change in the future. Kyla Gensiorek: Hearthside recently installed a fireplace for us. We ended up using their company for the fireplace, mantle, and complete stone work. They exceeded our expectations. First, hearthside was the only company that came to see the space and give us an in person meeting. They also provided us with recommendations on coloring for brick and mantle based on what we were looking for. In addition to arranging all the subcontractors involved, every person involved was professional, and exceeded our expectations in workmanship.
Ken East: Retained these folks to do an inspection of two gas fireplaces in a new to us house. Their inspection was thorough and careful and discovered an issue requiring a major repair. The quality of the work was high and the staff were great to deal with. Highly recommended.
