J SanAlba: During last week's heat wave, we came home to find our house unusually warmer than usual. We found that the A/C fan outside was stopped spinning. Called Sarte Heating & Cooling office and service call was logged in. Within 30 mins Sammy responded and he came right away. He found the issue, replaced the part and was done within 30 mins. I've never received a response to service that quick before. It was definitely appreciated in the heat wave! Thank you Sarte Heating & Cooling!Service:A/C system maintenance
Rich V: My furnace kept cutting out in the evening and I called SH&C to set up an appt for the next day. Ed came at 10am and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Turned out it was a bad heat exchanger. He left to pick up the part and returned shortly to do the 3-hour install. After the install, he also cleaned out the inside and now my furnace is running smoother than ever. He was very professional and no mess was left behind. estella kasala: Our furnace stopped working due to Ignitor problem. It happened on Good Friday. I phoned customer service on Saturday and the call service rep has good manners and polite. I was told someone from the shop will call us at 8am when they open. True enough Ed phoned. He took the information and he said he will check if there is available part.
