They are very friendly and professional, I am not a computer savvy person but they were able to explain the process to me to where I understood what they had to do. They completely passed my expectations on the finished product and the price was absolutely amazing, I definitely thought 3D printing would cost more. ripratt: 🇨🇦 I have been to alpha play a few times and have always gone away with a smile on my face. I wish I lived closer as I am currently about 40 miles away so I can't get there every week like I wish I could. Alan Castell is genuinely a very nice, kind and thoughtful person that wants to help as much as he can. I am sure he would give anyone the shirt off his back it they asked nicely. I find his thought processes concerning the running of alpha play to be much more than just a way to make money. He wants to spread the word concerning various technologies and helping people understand those technologies more than he wants to make a lot of profit. I see him as being happy as long as he can pay his bills and make enough profit to expand his businesses in order to help more people. He has even made some 3D parts for me when I was having trouble making them myself because of my printers not wanting to be cooperative. He has even offered to give me a roll of filament to try our as long as I brought the remainder back and let him know how I made out and what I thought of the filament. I have bought a few rolls of his branded filament and can honestly say it is some of the best I have used in not the best.
