In a social media driven world where quick fixes are common JP Toyota looks to solve the root problem so it won't be an issue in the future. They do this with respect and empathy. I bought my Sienna from JP and recently had an accident which caused a lot of stress during the repair process. Even though none of the delays were caused by JP Toyota they stepped up to advocate for me and get me my van back. This was right from the General Manager level. JP makes you feel like family. No games, or frustration because they have your best interests in mind. Manager Jared Dueck is one of a kind. He excels at Customer Service and puts in the extra mile hardly ever seen in today's Customer Service industry. I would say that others should adopt this business model, but feel most would not put in the effort to make it a reality. A team hired and trained to meet the Customers needs. No short cuts at JP Toyota. I trust JP Toyota to do all my Service and will soon be purchasing another vehicle from them. I highly recommend you dealing with JP. Wayne Sherk: Ordered my RAV4 LE gas in January, and was given a 4-6 month lead time.Nelson sent me monthly updates on it’s progress throughout the entire process.Steve called me on June 13 and told me they have my vehicle on the lot and when would I like to pick it up.We set up an appointment for 2 days later, and I went in to pick up my vehicle.One of their guys went through the basic features of the car, and help me sync my phone with it, as I arrived at the dealership early and had some time to spare before meeting with the finance guy.Steve explained everything included in the ECP plans they offer, without any pressure to purchase anything extra.They all made me feel valued as a customer, and gave exceptional customer service at a time when it felt like customer service everywhere has gone downhill since COVID.I’m still floored 5 days later how seamless the whole process was, and I was waiting for something, anything to go wrong during the process, but it never did.I’d certainly not hesitate to send someone in their direction when looking for a new or used vehicle.
