L'Arche Tova Cafe: what do users think?

Kay: Small quaint place with polite service.I see some reviews where they say the service is slow. But we came during a very bust Saturday lunch and the service was fast and the food came out quite quickly. Also very well priced. Hard to find a place these days that will serve eggs, meat, potato and toast breakfast for $8. Impressive.Their hollandaise sauce is fantastic and homemade. And thier bread is made in house as well.Kudos to the chef. Good food.Only negatives are that it is small and can get loud, and the seating is a bit close together. Also closes quite early. But otherwise, I had a great experience and would come back.

dancing2myownsong: This was my first time visiting this cafe and it was just amazing!!! Friendly atmosphere and service! Food is a good price for the quality and quantity you get! Their coffee blend is delicious and their dill potato bread is unreal! A real gem in the community. You will leave with a smile and a full belly! You gotta eat here!Wheelchair accessibility: All one level with automatic door button and wide areas to maneuver.

Chrisanne Victor: It's our first time at Tova and it was excellent experience 😃, love the garlic toast, just the right amount of garlic, we ordered a chicken sandwich platter with rye bread so creamy and lovely so were the housemade fride right amount of crunch and bake, THE CINNAMON BUNS are to die for, if you are thinking just go grab them, and make it like they suggest you, grilled with extra icing on the top just the best cinnamon buns in town love it love it love it 😍.

Graba Sandwich: I'm not a regular like my Dad, but the food and service has always been great!

Carolyn Usick: I had a craving for breakfast out. So, with supporting local in mind I went to L'arche Tova today. I ordered coffee with cream to go with my Denver Sandwich and home potatoes. It came hot, the pieces of ham were juicy. The peppers and onions mixed with cheese on their in house made potato dill bread was amazing. I ordered a loaf of the potato dill and the last two small cinnamon buns to go. Their cinnamon buns taste just like my Mom used to make.As the guy off the "you gotta eat here says", I highly recommend it!

Stu Eco Stu ADVENTUREs of ECO STU [YouTube Channel]: BEST BIKE SHOP/JAVA JOINT in Winnipeg if not Manitoba

Simin Islam: Great bike shop; coffee was premium!

Alecs: Quaint coffee shop inside a bike shop. They have featured drinks that change frequently so you can try new things. I usually order a matcha latte but had to try their new featured drink: the matcha guava! You can also get some beans and have it grounded for what you need. Your fur babies are also welcome and they have readily available water and treats so what's not to love?

Bill Rockwell: Delightful coffee bar. Good prices and great coffee.

Mark Petrasanta: as for the latte, it is strong and neutral.

racquel klassen: Looks like a nice place but NOT what I was expecting! If you love cycling and bikes then check out this place. It's not just a coffee shop to relax and sit in.

Joe Black Coffee & Bar: what do users think?

Marina Havard (Marishinka): This place goes huge. Expect the largest coffee you have ever seen. The largest rice crispy squares. Everything is huge. The staff is kind and helpful. The owner mentioned she makes homemade soups sometimes will need to come on that day. Nice local spot. Not excited to see me walk in with my kids. They have a lot of rules that first time customers like me didn’t appreciate. So decided the coffee was to go. They had lots of food options.

Angelle Holmes: Am I often stopping here on my way to the Assiniboine park. It's nice to pick up a coffee and walk to the park with it. They also sometimes have a live bands and I like the food there as wellKid-friendliness: I'll bring my kids or I see other families with kids they're often. They sell candy and treats. Like it's particularly like the marshmallow bar with peanut butter

Breanne Johnson: Has been my go-to coffee shop since 2016. Always great food and excellent service. Very cozy atmosphereParking: Parking available close to shop depends on time of day

Olivia Woloshyn: Potentially the coziest cafe in winnipeg. The coffee is great. You should come for the diaspora menu: you can't buy that stuff anywhere else. Go here instead of starbucks! I come to read, drink good coffee, eat fresh baked goods and just to relaxParking: There's free 2 hour parking on the street right in frontWheelchair accessibility: It's in the ground floor, so you can access the building right from the street with the wheelchair button

Camilla Wohlgemuth: My husband and I are trying all the coffee shops in Winnipeg! Staff and environment pleasant and inviting! The coffee was great too, other than next time we would not get the added shot of espresso. Also abit on the pricey side.

Jim Van Meggelen: Right inside the front door of the library, so easy to get to. Large seating area with tons of outlets in the floor. Friendly service. Delicious Morning Glory muffins, and a nicely executed decaf Americano.

Kathy Nguyen: Super great vibes to study or meet up with friends to chat. They have a lot of a seating that are filled with sunlight. I also got a vanilla latte and it was delicious! The coffee beans are from Little Sisters, so I wasn't surprised that it was so good.

Anna Marie: Nice location and good seating. Coffee is good, but nothing out of this world. Still a great place when you want to support local!

Sidney Shapira: We had a lovely pit stop at Folio Café in the Canadian Mennonite University camous on Grant at Shaftsbury, after an outing to Fort Whyte Alive. We had a lovely coffee and a cookie and took in thd besutiful surroundings on a sunny Winter day. Can't wait to go back in the Summer!

candy py: This place made me feel like I was in a dark academia movie scene so magnificient and elegant 😍. When I visited this Cafe it was closed but the manager was really sweet, he gave us free coffee and a delicious lemon cheesecake. This is a heritage spot it was actually known as Hotel Olympia but got renamed toThe Marlborough Hotel.

Evan Comstock: The kind of place you don't want to share risking tranquilty however the 7am $4.99 big plate of food arrives fast, hot, while the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet

Andrea Ayers-Esplen: Food was homemade, fast and affordable The staff were welcoming and friendly and venue excellent. Thank you so much!

Simin Islam: Breathtaking cafe! Only wish dine in was still open :(

Decent priced menu, friendly staff and the food is very good. I definitely recommend this place for any meal, but my personal favourite is breakfast.

Micheal cooke: A good bowl of soup and a wrap...dining room is beautiful...around good

Rachel Bee: , but my one true love here is the apple cheesecake bar. The apple pie to apple cheesecake flavour ratio is superb.

Susie Barclay: . Nice touch, very much appreciated. I am a huge fan. Will enjoy this place again and again to be sure.

Rhonda Byrnes: Purchased the turkey brie, cranberry panini. Missing a zing, my suggestion is mix the cranberry with mayo to give it a zest , a little on the bland side.

Kazumi Yoshino: and veggie wrap as vegan friendly options.Vegetarian options: Milk alternatives

Vicki Waldner: Good location and nice atmosphere. Quick and efficient service but felt a little like we were interrupting something.Good coffee but would have been even better if the mugs were pre-warmed.The daily soup specials looked awesome so we were a little sad we weren't going to be there for that.

Joshua Pearlman: Clean, quiet, tons of windows and good coffee. 5/5 would recommend.

Robert Falcon Ouellette: The Matcha latte was one of the largest lattes I have ever had in the entire city. The Poppy bagel was great. Fun atmosphere, beautiful place.Just went back and got an Italian Stallion.

Cheryl Proulx: Favorite place to go for lunch or coffee.Well priced menu and cozy atmosphere.Very clean.Food always 10/10.Desserts to die for!! Service excellent.

mj: Pretty quiet and peaceful place.

Natalie Ardita: Ordered a Chocolate Skor cake and omg... it was delicious. The icing was out of this world good. Highly recommended!

Shawn Grieves: Good coffee, good food and great service.Even when I was wrong the person serving me was amazing :D

FrenchWay Café & Bakery: what do users think?

Oliver: Frenchway cafe is our go to spot for breakfast. Everything is delicious, and given the quality of the food I’d say you get pretty good value for what you’re paying.Their bakery is unbelievable. Everything is amazing. Their lemon tart is one of my favourites!

sylvie landry: Came with a friend for breakfast since she had an apt near this place. Nice little place, the food was good, I had the turkey brie crepes, I could only ate one of them it is so filling. When you arrived it says to wait to be seated but you actually seat yourself, the wait staff is so so, not that friendly. We came in the middle of the week by 830ish and by the time we left by 10am there was a line up at the door so very popular place, however, not once we felt rushed to leave. The dessert display looked great and brought a massive bread pudding and chocolate croissant. The bread pudding was moist and lots of fruits in it. The coffee was okay. Overall good experience, the crepes price was onpar with other restaurants prices.

Joanne Dueck: We went out for breakfast. Two people had eggs Benedict, one had crepes, one had Pharoah, and one omelet. Everything was perfect and we all enjoyed our meals. We have several food allergies in our family and they were accommodated without issues. The dessert display case looked beautiful so we bought a few to take home and they were great too. We will definitely be back!

Krystal Morgan: Turkey club was delicious and very flavourful got the mushroom garlic soup of the day as the side, didn’t have much flavour, wouldn’t get again. Eggs Benedict special was good, not a huge fan of the mint they put on top, the hash browns that come with it are bomb! Service was a little slow, had to ask a few times for coffee refills and took almost 45 minutes for the food, seemed they were short staffed. The patio was a cute little spot to enjoy our breakfast. We’ll be back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available
