SOPHIE BARON: Aamir was the BEST. I drove a bit longer to this location just because the costumer service reviews were better than other locations. Went for the Bring-It-Back program and upgraded my iPhone with no issues. Appreciate that Aamir explained everything, didn't try to up-sell me to the most expensive phone or give me add-on features I really didn't need. I always get stressed out when I have to go into stores to do this kind of thing, but it was truly a great experience and I'll be recommending others to go to this location - even if it's a bit out of their way.
