Every vendor we worked with throughout our planning process sang her praises for the almost year and a half we worked with her.We were thrown a LOT of curveballs leading up to our big day. You’ve found the most organized and reasonably priced planner in the business.I am telling you, you do not realize how many details need to be taken care of during wedding planning, ESPECIALLY in the final three months. You may think you’ve thought of everything? You haven’t, I promise you. How do I know? Because Lindsay just carried my husband and I through the last three months before our wedding.Not only does Lindsay think of absolutely everything to make your day special, but she’s got the most sincerely kind personality. She’s professional, organized, positive and extremely detail oriented. She’s got a creative eye and REALLY knows how to light up a space. Matt Sajn: Dianna worked closely with us to plan our wedding last June, and we can't imagine working with anyone else. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients is absolutely next level. The whole experience, from planning, to walkthroughs, to the big day, was completely seamless, and she went completely above and beyond to make the day perfect for us and our families. We knew that we wanted to get married in a tent on a family property, and we also knew there would be logistics involved with making that go off without a hitch. Her way of organizing all major dates, documents, and ideas on her personalized wedding portal, tailored to our specific wedding, was incredible; it helped to keep us at ease through the whole process. They really held their own but when combined with the venue everything looked amazing.I knew that neither of us were artists so we did not want to decorate and wanted to be sure that we found someone who able to take our ideas and make them a reality. You were able to do that and then some! You also made sure that the items I had to add to the wedding were placed and used in a way that went with everything else you did. I knew that with your help I had nothing to worry about and you would take care to make sure that the place looked beautiful.The flowers that you made for the centrepieces and the receiving table were gorgeous. However, the major "piece de resistance" was my bouquet. You made a cascading bouquet look elegant, with colour, and like nothing I have seen before. Our Huppah was so beautiful and welcoming and everyone loved it. Additionally, your efficient re-use of all of the ceremony items into the reception items and your efficient turnaround really helped to keep everything on time and looking wonderful.All of our guests commented on the beauty of the decorations and the fact that our decorator/florist helped us to find natural blue flowers that are very rare in nature. So I think this sums up how you helped us. Austin Anto: Talita and her team were wonderful to work with. She was so responsive to all of our questions and worries, and helped us do everything we wanted to do. It was great having someone organize all the rentals, decor, flowers, setup and take down... Her consistent planning and help were key in getting the wedding we wanted. On top of that, we had to make some last minute changes on the day of the wedding and they blew it out of the park with their hard work and support. We are so glad we had her to help us with all the planning and on the day of.

From the ceremony arch with flowers and candles, to the table settings, centerpieces, flowers, head table and cherry blossom arch behind our head table, to the Love photo wall, cake stand, all the small details were attended to and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The ladies are amazing and I would highly recommend booking them for your wedding décor.

Olivia M: We had our holiday mini session with April last week and we are so happy with how our photos turned out! Despite my children running in opposite directions most of the time, April still managed to capture some amazing candid photos of the two! Isabella Nunez: Naomi was amazing to work with! We hired her to do our day-of setup prior to our ceremony and reception and she was super well organized, asked great questions during meetings and was able to share more expertise as she also works as a day-of coordinator as well. Would definitely recommend her, we gave her photos of what we wanted and everything she put together was exactly like we had imagined and laid out in our mockups. Would highly recommend her services, she is professional, attentive to the smallest details and overall very pleasant to work with.
Emily Schepers: We cannot say enough good things about Naomi! From the very beginning it was clear she was incredibly knowledgable, organized and helpful. We had the partial planning package and Naomi was always there to answer any questions, provide feedback, and provide recommendations throughout our planning process. She gave great recommendations and helped to solve any issues that came up. We felt so supported by her and she often fixed any issues before I even knew there was a problem. We had a backyard wedding with numerous vendors and many moving parts and she was on top of everything and made sure our day ran smoothly! She is an incredibly hard worker, and we are so glad we hired her! I 100% would recommend Naomi to anyone looking to plan their special day!

To say she was the MVP of our wedding would be an understatement. In fact, even our family and friends commented on how organized and helpful she was! During our initial consultation she asked me what I hoped to get out of my wedding day, my response was "to enjoy it". She made this happen.... and beyond! If you're on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator do it!! Hiring Naomi was one of the best decisions I made!

When we first met with Naomi, we were immediately impressed by her attention to detail and knack for asking all the right questions; she was able to quickly identify and remedy all of the fuzzy spots in our own planning to ensure our day ran smoothly. In the days leading up to the wedding she liaised with all of our vendors and was always available to answer questions and put out fires. On the day of the wedding, Naomi arrived early and worked tirelessly to set up the venue, coordinate vendors, and keep us on schedule. When issues arose, she handled them like a complete pro and made sure our guests were none the wiser. Naomi was calm, resourceful, and hyper competent throughout, which allowed us to stop worrying and simply enjoy the day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Katherine Torres: was answered in a timely manner.Naomi made sure all my tasks were crossed off up to one month before my wedding. She organized all my vendors, created my day of itinerary and on the big day was always visible to assist me and my husband. Although she didn't source or contract any of my vendors she was willing to assist me with pricing, budgets and provide her much needed insight and valued opinions.I am a stickler for time and she made sure my ceremony was not a minute late and the reception went through without a hitch! She made sure any missing or required payments were made to all my vendors and I any potential mishaps on the day were fielded to her. Bottom line, her job was to make sure my husband and i were constantly smiling and embracing every minute - because time files and you can easily miss out on things if you're not careful.At the end of the night she was there ready to pack up all my belongings

Jim T: I visited here last night to attend a dinner and concert. The concert was awesome it was Gordon Hendricks as Elvis, and his performance was outstanding. The dinner was a 4 course meal that was delicious, and very filling! I really enjoyed the Southern Fried Chicken it was battered to perfection, and the meat was very tender and juicy! The dessert was a banana pudding that tasted delicious. All the staff there was very pleasant, and always greeted you with a smile on their face. The waitstaff are very hard workers, and us all at our table were amazed on how many dishes they can carry all at once. Fantastic night, fantastic people. I would definitely consider coming to another attraction in the near future, and I highly recommend this establishment for all your entertainment needs, catering, and engagements.

My partner can go on and on about Hector and his excellence.However, this review is regarding Taylor Barbet. She has been absolutely amazing. She has fulfilled each and every request my partner and I have had. I know at times we can be a lot, but with Taylor's patience, understanding, and exceptional listening skills, it really has been a smooth and stress free process. Her knowledge and expertise have also been very beneficial these last few months.I high recommend Carmen's Banquet Centre for any function, and hopefully you'll have the pleasure to work with Hector and Taylor the way my partner and I have.Carmine&Sarah
