Larry Paletta RE/MAX Escarpment Homes For Sale: Held a small event there and the experience was more than what we expected. The Staff is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions regarding safety handling etc. We brought our own food, there is a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. All is separate from the shooting area. Safety is the Top Priority Here. How to handle the equipment, load, where to go, when to go and what to do in certain circumstances. Prices are very reasonable. We had a great afternoon of learning and experiencing something some of us have never done before.

Stan S.: Excellent place, excellent people. Handgun calibres only, meaning you can shoot your rifle if it's chambered in a handgun calibre. 20 yard indoor, heated and ventilated range. Does not have a store on-site as some other clubs do.Safety course and acquisition of membership is efficient and straight forward. There is a probationary period before you're granted full member status. That can be passed very quickly, just by attending the club and shooting a few targets. Shoot straight, follow all safety rules and listen to the range officers and you'll be in good standing.The club provides a gateway to competitive shooting disciplines. They host IPSC, bullseye and other competitions. A lot of the members are involved and can answer questions and help enter into the sport. You can even come and watch an IPSC night.If you've got your restricted don't hesitate and join.

From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly made us feel at ease. The staff, in particular, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our experience truly unforgettable.Sabina at the reception desk deserves special recognition for her exceptional hospitality. Despite not being members, she made us feel welcome and provided us with all the information we needed to get started. Her genuine enthusiasm for the sport and the club was infectious, and it set the tone for the rest of the day.We were fortunate to have the privilege of being supervised by none other than the club president, Dev. It was both an honor and a pleasure to receive guidance from someone with such expertise and passion for shooting sports. Dev patiently guided us through our initial shots, making sure we felt comfortable and safe at all times.The facilities at Hamilton Gun Club Grounds were immaculate, reflecting the care and pride taken by the staff. The clean and well-maintained grounds added to the overall positive experience. It's evident that the club's 140-year legacy has been upheld with the utmost dedication and respect, making it a true gem among gun clubs.The range of disciplines available was truly impressive. We had a blast trying our hand at skeet, trap, double trap, and sporting clays. kenneth savidis: I've been shooting at this club for a year now, and I can't tell you how glad I am to have found this place.What I've noticed so far, the grounds are very clean, and they are constantly updating the club. I like seeing this as it makes me feel my membership money is put to good use. The staff are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable, not a single bad experience. The kitchen is fantastic. For a gun club, I would not have imagined to see this style of kitchen and service, but it's something I've learned to love and value. Also, it is very clean👌All said and done, if you want to be a part of a club with forward-thinking individuals, this is your place. Dunpar Commercial: we held a shoot day for around 20 people; It was a fantastic facility with very knowledgeable staff. everything was ready when we arrived and everything was very clean. some gun clubs we've done this at don't have the same attention to detail that I appreciate.
Tim Craik: I was given clay lessons for Christmas. Most of my shotgun experiences to date had been hunting upland birds and more recently some trapshooting. I had my first lesson in early April with Johnny Sibiani at the Hamilton Gun Club. Johnny introduced me to skeet shooting. What a great way to spend a Sunday morning with one-on-one coaching working out the finer point of technique through the stations. I highly recommend his coaching and the experience.

Richard Ackroyd: The best club in the area. Excellent for skeet, trap, and sporting clays. Outdoor range for short arms offers good distances. Indoor range for short arms doesn't have electronic target retrieval system, but is open 24/7. Also offers rifle range, and a stocked fishing pond. Annual club dues plus extra dues for each section joined. Some sections have months long waiting periods to join due to popularity. Overall excellent facilities. Well recommended.
