S. S: . She did exam me and noticed that my pain is related to something that did not make sense to me but when she explained I understood. She referred me and she called the specialist's office personally in front of me to make sure that they received the fax and emphasized that I needed to be seen ASAP.My daughter had eating problem and doesn't like to see doctors but the way that this nurse practitioner communicate with her she likes to see her and listenes whatever she tells her. She is gaining weight gradually and eating better than before. I think we should be fair when we judge and it is important that how we behave and to know the lomit of our expectations.

Jo Victor: Dr Perry Mayer, the TMI and his staff….I become overwhelmed when I just think about my experiences there. I had been putting off writing a review because I know that words are not enough for the respect, care and love that my family received at TMI. But, long story short I would like anybody/everybody who needs diabetic foot care, however simple, however complicated to just book one appointment to this Institute. I promise, you will never need/want any other care, ever. It will be a lifelong relationship.My soon-to-be eighty, mom had a diabetic wound that was God-awful…gangrenous…And really in a bad state. One toe was almost entirely black and spreading fast. I was hoping to be referred to TMI after checking the reviews and luckily I was. From the first visit/check up the family knew that my mom was in the best of hands. She needed an amputation of the bad toe! And possibly the next one to cover the space. Long story short, Dr Mayer performed the surgery without having to take the second toe. It was done beautifully. It has healed so well that it is near-impossible to find a flaw in her feet.The Good Doctor…well, he is much more than a good doctor, he is a gentle, caring, compassionate, genuine Human, who exudes love and care for his patients. He is so patient and gives as much of his time as needed to each patient considering their individual needs. He gives them confidence, reassures them and gives them the best care possible. He is in a class by himself.His staff, well they are His staff….. EVERY ONE of them are respectful, loving and caring…genuine humans! They make you so comfortable from day one, patient and skilled, they see you!TMI… I thank you, I pray for you and love you all! 🙏🤗❤️P.S: It would also be very helpful for those interested to check out his videos and posts regarding diabetes and foot care, so that such extenuating circumstances can be prevented. Loss…any loss is traumatic!

Bronka Ridley: Dr. Mayer and his staff are knowledgeable & compassionate in the treatment of diabetic feet. My life and sanity were saved by him. Needed a toe amputation, the orthopaedic surgeon wanted to take my leg off at the knee, a caring nurse told me about TMI. I lost my toe and have been blessed to be able to face each day with optimism and enthusiasm. I was so frightened, January 2022 and Dr Mayer put my fears to rest. He and his staff care!

Ramiz Bangash: I would not recommend this place whatsoever. I've never had an issue with the doctors themselves, but trying to get in contact with the place is damn near impossible. I've needed them multiple times these past couple years and no matter how I try to set an appointment up, they don't respond. They never answer the phone. Occasionally you get the opportunity to leave a voicemail but they don't even bother you contact you back. The appointment request form on their website is pointless. They held on to my x-ray and ultrasound results and wouldn't contact me to let me know about them. It's literally the most useless doctors out there. I've had to solely rely on walk in clinics instead because amazingly they have no issues seeing people in a timely manner. "Accepting New Patients" is an actual joke considering the place can't even take care of their existing ones.

K-aW-tEk “Sleepy Sage”: Friendly staff and a helpful doctor. Also handled my situation very well, given the circumstances, and removed my stitch pain/blood free. Only complaint is the chairs are uncomfortable if you are in pain, but I won't go down a star for just that. Would definitely recommend and I will go back if I need a walk-in again.Note: Like most walk-ins wait times can be drawn out. So unless you show up bright and early at open time, expect a 45 to 90 minute wait. It gets busy after 10-11am to close.

Pamela Aucoin: Dr. Kapoor is a professional surgeon who is caring, kind and goes above and beyond to make a person feel that what he does will work and you can trust him. I had a radical nephrectomy and removal of adrenal gland just over a year ago and I could not have asked for a better team of people to work with me.
