Kelly Rowe: Started an female betta 'sorority' tank a little while ago. I transitioned from guppies - definitely not the best companions for bettas! Mike, in the fish department, was very helpful with suggestions and tips regarding some new plants and 'cleaners' for the girls. So far, everyone is getting along and the tank looks great! The pricing is excellent here and the stock is super healthy and shipped regularly. They even have a waitlist for species you are looking for.

Steven responded to all my emails promptly and answered all my questions.When I was ready to purchase, Steven sent me a few videos of the fish I was purchasing. And another video the day they were shipped.My fish arrived well packaged. I was pleasantly surprised as the videos I was sent didn’t do these discus any justice.They were so much more beautiful and healthy in person.When I had a small issue with one stressed fish, Steven emailed and texted me quickly and helped me. I followed all his instructions and now my discus is happy and healthy again. He even texted me 3 days later asking how things were going and if the fish improved.Steven exceeded my expectations with a level of customer service that wentabove and beyond. He truly seemed to care and was willing to share his knowledge on discus fish as well. I am extremely happy with my new discus and would recommend Fins8.

Jennifer Crosgrove: Best service ever! Staff is friendly and very helpful. I had two Guppies die on me and they not only did a free water test they gave me a replacement guppy and a free extra guppy and a few fry as bonus. Best service and pet store to go to.

They are a temporary home for their animals till they find their forever home. They treat all the pets there like their own. You can tell they aren’t just in the business for business, they are there because they genuinely love animals. They are also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They won’t sell things that aren’t good for your pets and give u honest answers. So if u are looking for a small pet, Bird or reptile make the trip to urban zoo. You won’t be disappointed ❤️
