The issue I was having was it was not charging anymore. Larry Rivers the Service Manager quickly determined it was my adaptor and sold a good adaptor he had on site. I witnessed today what real top notch service is!Thanks a million Larry!!

I was in a terrible position, as I desperately needed mobility to get to work and carry on with my daily routine.C&DC came to my rescue in adapting the new chair to fit more appropriately for my safety snd greater ease of mobility.Previously, I had ordered a new chair. So, due to my smaller stature than usual, I needed my old seat and foot rest put on the new chair to make everything fit more comfortably so as to enable me to gain more freedom of mobility. And they also put the new arms from the new seat on the old seat, since the older arms were worn out, after 10 years of use.Al in all I was estatic snd happy to see how much they cared by taking the time and effort to adapt my new chair fit to my rare and unique specifications.These are genuine people who truly care and will go the extra mile to prove it. Kelly GN: What to say....at first, we had a hard time finding someone to help us, seemed like everyone was busy doing?. Then we found someone, but she kept leaving us to do??. I went and said something about us being unhappy with our service and someone should be with us throughout the time we were there. We ended up purchasing a bulk item and as it turns out there had been a mix up, new staff and I know this because the CSR helping us, told me. So, after we figured out the mix up, I contacted Kristen, the Manager, explained everything and she made it 100% right!!! Kristen even came on the delivery to ensure it was done correctly. Adam, the driver, each time we either spoke to him on the phone or in person, very professional and seems like a genuinely nice person who truly cares.So, although it was made right in the end, the CSR at the start, almost made us walk out the door. If it wasn't for them having what we wanted, we would have left. However, we are glad we didn’t!Sometimes, things aren't always as they seem. All new staff can be very overwhelming for the Customer, the Manager and for the CSR themselves.Again, THANK YOU to Kristen and Adam for going ABOVE AND BEYOND....

After placing the order, I realized the amount exceeded the allowed amount from the insurance company. I called Theresa for advice on which pair to relinquish. She suggested that since she had not yet sent in the order, I should be able to return the receipts on Seniors' Day and re-purchase the stockings then, thus allowing me to keep all four pair. Diego Sanmillan: i have been ordering online, the delivery has been kind of slow but due to the vivid. Jacob has been very helpful all the time. I wish I lived in Hami to be closer. Marchese* has products that I couldn't find anywhere in Canada. Really appreciate everything, My husband Richard has a wound result of an injury lifting a pallet leaving the tissue really exposed. I was very concern because the healing wasn't happening. I research for products, learned about Prontosan* and after 4 hrs trying to find a supplier in Canada I found Marchese, Richard is much better and his wound is getting much better.

michelle cipro: My aunt is visiting from the U.S and we've had some issues with her scooter. I called Essential mobility a few weeks ago in a panic thinking I had gotten 2 pieces stuck and wouldn't be able to get them apart.They were so helpful on the phone and made me feel better immediately, setting an appointment for the next day. After some fiddling, I did manage to get the pieces apart and cancelled the appointment i had made. They were very gracious about that and just happy we had solved the issue. Another issue arose and I attended today for an appointment. They had a very quick look and knew immediately what the issue was, which turned out to be something very simple. Again, so helpful and friendly, this time in person. They demonstrated how to put the scooter together easily and made sure it worked in the parking lot. I felt bad I had wasted their time for what turned out to be a non issue. We had a laugh and I was extremely relieved. Once again, they were genuinely happy the problem was solved and my aunt could get back to using her scooter. Pat and your team, thank you so much for your help. I sincerely appreciate it and will recommend your services whenever I can.
Ivan Mikesic: The tilt mechanism cable on my mom's wheel chair snapped @ the handle. I had HME look @ it. After a bad experience with them, I called Essential Mobility Products & talked to Patricia.
