mariam daoud: Dr. Khan is the best doctor i met for my kids. My son has down syndrome and he is so well followed by Dr. Khan. I am glad that the Dr is specialized in echcardiolody for kids and so we get to do the echcardiogram at the clinic.The doctor is a very caring professional, knowledgeable and she listens to our concerns.My son always gets audiology test and result comes like they could not see well his ear canals because of wax for many years since birth. Dr. Khan recommended to use ear drops before audiology to help with the test. Also for blood work kids with down syndrome have small veines that is not easy to find, Dr. Khan was so helpful and provided us a solution for this.We are blessed to have her as my kids pediatrician. Thank you to the kind staff as well.

The Rebel And The Girl: Had my tympanoplasty surgery here. Dr Reid, Dr. Park and staff were fantastic. I had one complaint about a nurse when I came out of anesthesia when I was in tremendous pain she mockingly and rudely dismissed the pain I was in. Either than that the staff made me feel very comfortable and calm as my anxiety was very high before surgery.
Javed Munshi: Environment was clean and tidy.. everyone was very friendly... was visiting a respiratory consultant and whilst waiting daughter really enjoyed the rooftop playground.. which had tricycles, push cars, a track, large connect 4 and kids baskball.. top notch makes visiting and waiting much more of a pleasant experience.. 5/stars

The Rebel And The Girl: I was referred to Dr. Diane Reid at the ENT department. Dr Reid is brilliant she gave me my life back. She is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. The staff and volunteers i’ve dealt with here are always very friendly and attentive.

Alex Granados: My partner and I came here with respiratory concerns last week. The wait was long and communication throughout the day was lacking. That said, the staff were incredibly compassionate and took their time to understand our concerns. Considering the mass underfunding of our healthcare system, I felt that the hospital was effective with their limited resources. Compared to other hospitals in Hamilton, I strongly suggest coming here.

M: I came in today for an allergy testing and all the staff and doctors were so so friendly and informative. I’d definitely recommend anyone to come here, they got me in and out quickly within an hour or so and answered any questions I had, thank you!

Dan Dorio: Had my first appointment here last week. Seen lots of specialists lately and never felt compelled to write a review, but Dr. Kim was amazing. The whole staff really. So friendly, knowledgable and most importantly kind. I've never had a more positive experience with a physician. She explained everything so well and instead of giving me "this is your prescription, here's how to use it, have a good day", she gave me multiple options and explained them thoroughly. She even offered to reach out to a past doctor I've had to talk about something for me. I'm very impressed and would recommend 👍
Elena Grigoras: I saw Dr. Bibr today and she was the kindest doctor I have interacted with. Spent more time than I expected with me explaining my condition and treatment options. She did not dismiss any symptoms unlike previous doctors... and I finally have a diagnosis. She was amazing from start to finish and I am so glad she is now my specialist. The nurse I spoke to first, Natasha, was also amazing. All around such a great experience.

Alison & Aria Pipe: Clean building, great location for educational programs for kids. Facility offers an array of resources including tech/ IT, lecture halls and auditoriums, has a Williams Cafe open during the weekdays. Close to bus route. Flexible masking policy but protection is recommended based on signage.

Scali Family: First time as a patient this year. All the rooms have been clean. Very well-mannered, professional staff. All in all, really great quality care. My only issue is I had to wait almost 5 months for a procedure because the pandemic has swamped the system. I just hope I do not have to wait a really long time in the future if I am actually unwell.
