Do they have the friendliest of staff who know what they're talking about? Heck yes. I recommend Miller Shoes to everyone I know, especially for big and little feet. Keely P: I went in to buy a new pair of running shoes and I always go to the men’s due to my feet being size 11.5-12. While I was looking at shoes a sales woman came past snd asked if I needed help I mentioned I wish men’s shoes came in better colors as the colors are so boring and I can’t find women’s shoes big enough for me. While she told me about this new brand they sell and they go up to size 12, she took me over to the ladies section and I was so excited to find great selection of colors and widths, they also have sandals and dress and casual shoes in the brand as well. The brand name is Propét and I got 11.5 xxwide and they are amazing, no more sore feet when I get home from a long day at work. Thank you to the saleswoman whom I believe was named Ann? As I told the cashier that this lady was wonderful and she needs to be appreciated for her knowledge and salesmanship.I’m so pleased with my new shoes.Thank you wonderful caring sales lady.

Michelle Sever: I had to order shoes from them width 9E. As The place I use to get from only carries up to 6E. My shoes came 1 week after they were paid. I am so happy with my shoes from shoe king. They are smaller in size but wider width then my old ones. They are also more light weight. Once I get my feet fixed I can wear normal shoes. untill then I will get from Shoe King. Definitely reccomend them.

Ended up asking for a store manager who’s name happened to be Brandon, who directly turned that entire situation into a positive experience, put the shoes aside for me whilst I got there to pick it up, and made sure they took care of me. Jada was the cashier who was super friendly and polite, everyone else look so exhausted and tired. Smile kids, you never know when Santa may arrive.

Yesterday there was this guy named Kyle, he helped me a lot to find my size as they were not available out, he went to the back and specially opened up a couple boxes to find my size and he did this three times and always when I asked him he never said no and helped me so nicely. Such a great customer service from him.

I wanted to save the time of driving over I was able to call spoke to a young man I think named Mark Who helped me out put the size aside and I was able to pick it up later on today. I shop here always for my kids you guys make shopping super easy even when you lose your online receipt You allow your customers to make an exchange thanks for making shopping hassle free will be back 100 times over.
