Josie was eager to help me and give me advice on what fit and size shoe I should be using. More importantly, she did stop providing her insight after I mentioned that I was not in the financial position to purchase new shoes today. She continued to provide her expert opinion on my situation and advice on how to proceed until I can make a purchase. I went in about 3 weeks ago looking for batting gloves. They did not have my size, but recommended I purchase them online in-store, and they would be delivered to the store, which would save me $8 in shipping to my house. Fine, sounds good. Received an email later that week saying they had arrived. Went to the store the next day, and they had no record of me or my item - please come back on Monday and speak to the manager. Fine, sounds good. I call on Monday, still have no record of me, and they tell me based on my email, it was not delivered to the store, but to their PO box. They'll call me back. Surprisingly, they never called back. I called repeatedly, and nobody returned my calls. I showed up again today, and they tell me they still have no record of it, but it's probably at the post office in Carlisle, good luck. I asked if they could get it for me, and the answer was no, good luck. I will not be returning, and will happily tell my baseball team, and anyone else in my league that Sport Chek should be avoided.

Vick Per: Called in earlier today and the gentleman who answered the phone literally sounded like he was not interested in my business nor did he care to help. Wanted to inquire whether they price match with JD sports and of course they don’t, accordingly to lazily individual who I was speaking to. Ended up asking for a store manager who’s name happened to be Brandon, who directly turned that entire situation into a positive experience, put the shoes aside for me whilst I got there to pick it up, and made sure they took care of me. Jada was the cashier who was super friendly and polite, everyone else look so exhausted and tired. Smile kids, you never know when Santa may arrive.

Michelle Sever: I had to order shoes from them width 9E. As The place I use to get from only carries up to 6E. My shoes came 1 week after they were paid. I am so happy with my shoes from shoe king. They are smaller in size but wider width then my old ones. They are also more light weight. Once I get my feet fixed I can wear normal shoes. untill then I will get from Shoe King. Definitely reccomend them.

Do they have the friendliest of staff who know what they're talking about? Heck yes. I recommend Miller Shoes to everyone I know, especially for big and little feet. Go in and ask for the Big D Miller special.

Jackie Connolly: I've always had difficulties finding shoes that fit me properly, because I'm a 4 1/2 wide and Miller's is one of the only shoe store that I can actually find shoes. I was designing a house close by today and decided to stop in on my way home. I live quite a distance but worth the drive to this store. I was ecstatic with the service that Daniel fourth generation sales person had provided me today. I not only found what I was looking for but I lucked out buying three pairs.
