Michelle Sever: I had to order shoes from them width 9E. As The place I use to get from only carries up to 6E. My shoes came 1 week after they were paid. I am so happy with my shoes from shoe king. They are smaller in size but wider width then my old ones. They are also more light weight. Once I get my feet fixed I can wear normal shoes. untill then I will get from Shoe King. Definitely reccomend them.

Hugues Philippin: We purchased a pair of boots for our youngest boy at a local store. Unfortunately they developped a crack on the soul a few weeks in. My spouse contacted Cougar directly and they were very supportive, responsive and easy to work with and since the boots developped a defect at the end of winter, they even agreed to replace them in a larger size when Fall would come! As they say, it's not if a problem arrives, it's how you deal with the problem. With service like this we are definitely going to be repeat customers.
Mia Reeve: Kid boots I bought completely fell apart. I was shocked ! contacted the company and they sent a replacement pair . They sent a different style that didn't fit, kinda weird but in the end they sent the original style in a size bigger so my kid could get boots for another season . What great customer service !

Richard: They dont have a large mens selection but I have 2 of their boots and I love them. Warm, stylish, very comfortable, and they do exactly what is advertised. I dont know who rated them so low. Personally, I wish they would make more styles for men. Best of all it's made in Canada, something not many Canadian companies can say.

wesolomj: Edit - Original post was 1 star due to reason below, but after posting the review, I was contacted by Head Office and they were able to find the gloves for me.Original post:Will not return, and I advise others to be cautious. I went in about 3 weeks ago looking for batting gloves. They did not have my size, but recommended I purchase them online in-store, and they would be delivered to the store, which would save me $8 in shipping to my house. Fine, sounds good. Received an email later that week saying they had arrived. Went to the store the next day, and they had no record of me or my item - please come back on Monday and speak to the manager. Fine, sounds good. I call on Monday, still have no record of me, and they tell me based on my email, it was not delivered to the store, but to their PO box. They'll call me back. Surprisingly, they never called back. I called repeatedly, and nobody returned my calls. I showed up again today, and they tell me they still have no record of it, but it's probably at the post office in Carlisle, good luck. I asked if they could get it for me, and the answer was no, good luck. I will not be returning, and will happily tell my baseball team, and anyone else in my league that Sport Chek should be avoided.
