Riz Rafiq: or rip through drywall in the basement, price on average was $10K - all repairs to drywall, trench dig/refill are outside of the $10K. What a mess, complicated, didn't feel right, and ROI wasn't there. I also have a Telsa super charger station down the road at Maple View Mall, and so I kept looking. Sound familiar?Then there was Kraun Electric!! Connor comes over to take a detailed look, yup, you don't need a panel upgrade, because you have a gas stove, so those breakers are not used, you don't use your central vacuum so that's another breaker, list goes on. Connor from Kraun Electric was the only one that did a proper assessment. He knew what he was doing. It gets better, from an installation perspective, you have ceiling tiles, so we'll pop these open instead of touching any drywall, and run the cable following your house vac line which goes directly into your garage.Mic drop.With such an amazing ROI, we decided to replace my existing 1970 electrical panel 100A with a newer Eaton 100A and with that, the project was go!Yvonne was wonderful with my questions and booked me in with Nathan and Tatiyana for installation. Super knowledgeable and friendly, and in one day, wired up the new fuse panel, labelled all the breakers

I called Kraun electric who came recommended to me through Blair and the company was incredible they dispatched someone right away. The technician who arrived was Andrew he was clean fast and so accommodating. We had issues with Burlington hydro and having them come back out and Kraun electric told me not to worry we will ensure your power is turned back on today! Cheryl MacDonald Vlajkov: Had an emergency situation after a Hamilton Recycling Truck pulled down my Bell Canada cable that ran across our street and attached to that junction of the cable was our Horizon Utility meter in the side of our house that the recycle truck managed to pulled both of them down from across the street and off the side of my house. Everyone was notified including the City of Hamilton who did nothing at all except transfer you to the RISK Department that give you a email address for you to submit your claim too. So Horizon shows up and takes down the hydro meter and leaves the pole laying in the way of my side door and cuts off my power and says call us after electrician reconnects everything and have an inspector inspect it and we will turn your power back on. So one phone call to Hank late on a Friday afternoon when no other local business will even answer your phone call Except for Dominique at Hanks Electrical. She immediately called Hank directly who showed up at my house within 30 mins and had his Electrician John at my home with all the parts and equipment he needed to restore the hydro meter within 30 mins, so that he could start this labour intensive huge job so that Horizon utilities can then come back to restore my electricity. Best service ever and will be forever grateful to Hank, his staff and of course most importantly John for his amazing professionalism and working way past his shift to have my power restored so my Mom could get released from the hospital and come home.
