This a a great place, they came the same day and knowing I was going away he went above and beyond trying to make sure that my air was working. I needed my breaks done and am always hesitant about where I get work done as I find that a lot of places try and sell me on extras that I don't necessarily need. I was impressed with the overall inspection and report on my car. Showing me the issues and what that part was necessary for. They were super quick and had my car back to me by the end of the day. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

My father was a mechanic, and I do a lot of stuff on my own, so I know the business and trade pretty well. This place is excellent. Customer service is great - shuttle to and from home, clear outline of diagnostics and cost, and repairs and costs, and the bonus washing inside and out, something I myself have not done in far too long. Their diagnostic report is thorough and fully costed out (except one part they were having trouble getting a price on from the dealer - not their fault). I had an exhaust problem, expected to have to replace a lot of expensive stainless steel, instead they noted it was brackets and hangers and did a weld repair quickly and for much lower cost. Many unscrupulous places would have replaced a bunch of exhaust parts to make more money. This aspect of the service alone means Eric's is that most valuable of repair shops - a trustworthy one. Highly recommended.
