Rolando Rosales: . Ryan, the general sales manager, took my request and got someone from his sales team, Foti to record a video of the vehicle and get back to me. Foti was able to do this all in 10-15 mins of me contacting them.I made my way over to the dealership right away, test drove the vehicle and we were able to make a deal that same day! I picked up the vehicle a few days later!Special thanks to Martina, the business manager on closing out the deal and getting everything sorted out for me.It was a pleasant experience, all the way through, and recommend to everyone!

Mike Bosch: I walked into Terrace Ford with some apprehension based on a previous service-related issue. This had nothing to do with sales of any kind. I walked straight up to a manager and asked for a salesperson that would do what he says, finish what he starts and says please and thank you. All these attributes were found in Moustafa who they refer to as “The Moose”. He’s a big guy with a great smile and holds his hand out for a welcoming shake. We pounded the pavement on a deal that I was more than happy with and executed all the above requirements.The name moose originated from the Algonquin word “moz” or “mons” depending on the dialect, which means twig eater. He also needs 10,000 calories a day. Hide your lunch boxes!!!
