He will always ensure his customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases, I’ve had times where the product I had gotten was defective and he exchanged them for me with no problem I’ve gone to other locations and they aren’t always accommodating but coming to this location is always a great experience!
Andrew Watkin: Staff are friendly and products are great. They're very knowledgable and go above and beyond what is expected. The Fat Panda guys don't know anything about the products they sell. Flamingo staff know them inside and out.

Susie Barclay: I love this place. It's quite a nice little shop! The clerks always give you their full attention. They have their own 'in house' brew of e-juice that's less expensive, but tastes great. There's not a ton of vape selections, but they have enough for me to keep coming back for the service.
