I shared my issues with Jaimie. larger chest, just had back to back babies, getting older - all that jazz. And she heard everything and within 5 min I was in the nicest most comfy top I have ever worn. I continued on to try the other ones on but ended up coming right back to the first one. She also listened to my concerns with budget and I felt zero pressure to buy. The Nominee Goes To: My friend told me about swimwear express and how amazing it was and she was right.I needed a bathing suit by the end of the week. Jamie worked her magic to get me an apt and then we had a storm. She went above and beyond to help me get in before my trip. I dread shopping for bathing suits. I have curves and a big bust and nothing fits right from the stores at the mall. When I got to my apt she instantly took over and I knew that I was in good hands. I also liked that the employee asked how I planned to use the swimsuit, and when I said I wanted it for doing water aerobics a couple of times a week, she was able to advise me on the best fabric and style. Pseudo bean: It was my first time entering the shop. I was greeted right away, and the women helping me was very friendly. I was getting a bathing suit for my son, as he starts swim lessons soon. Even without my son present, she was able to find a swimsuit that he both loved and fit!The only reason I took a star off is because they are quite pricey, and there was no explanation of a return policy either in person or on the receipt. I can only assume it being a swim suit that there are no returns allowed, but it would be nice if they could print that on the receipt, or if there's an exchange policy or whatnot. Otherwise, very happy with this purchase!

tuxiaobing: On June.24 we went there to buy a swimsuit, the lady that we had was super helpful, and offered to help us find a good swimsuit. She helped us save 90$ and offered us “under 14 years tax one tax.” She was very helpful, cheerful, and helped us find the perfect swimsuit!
Pres Marsh: Came in today with difficult requests and the two ladies working literally helped me for probably 2 hours straight and were so nice and understanding the whole time. As someone with social anxiety, having employees help is sometimes an awful experience but I was super comfortable the whole time.

Naomi: Mel was absolutely fantastic, she helped me feel like a whole new woman. Mel was so knowledgeable about bodies that are changing after having kids and losing weight. First bra she gave me to try on was already almost perfect. I felt safe with the sanitization protocols and safe being helped by such a kind and helpful associate. The last time I visited, the staff member got excited for me when my item looked really good on lol. They are always friendly, extra helpful and go above and beyond. The bras are beautiful and worth every penny, I'll never go back to cheap bras.

C D: Bra shopping doesn't have to suck. Who knew?! Heather helped me to find the perfect strapless bra. She knew her inventory and I tried on many different styles and sizes till we got it right. I will be back. Pricey but good quality. And they actually have bras that fit.

The saleswoman was great at warning me when she was about to invade my personal space without making it awkward at all. Walked away with 2 beautiful perfectly fitting bras. And I know they carry brands that are not produced in sweat shops. This is where I will do all my bra shopping from now on.
