Janelle Driedger: 5 stars is not enough for this pharmacy and its’ owner! I was travelling out of country the week of the “snowstorm of the decade” and ran into cancelled flights 3 days in a row. Dr. Ali remained open throughout the whole ordeal when other pharmacies were closed and he was incredibly accommodating as I had to return for repeat covid tests as they have to be within 24 hours in order to fly to the US. I will recommend this local pharmacy to everyone I know! Thank you again for your kindness!

Not all businesses are humble enough to acknowledge & fix their mistakes to improve customer service.Last night the pharmacy was unable to deliver my prescription at my suite. When I called the pharmacy the next morning, the pharmacist apologized and explained that my prescription was not delivered due to my prescription being put in the pick up bin, not in the delivery bin. Tonight the delivery guy was able to give it to me at my apartment. The guy came at around 9:08 pm, knocking on my suite while I was taking a bath. I really thought the pharmacy ditched again the delivery since the delivery is between 6 pm to 9pm!Out of joy, I asked the delivery guy to keep the change & gave him extra for his coffee.
