Kit Pfeiffer: Wonderful cocktails and great food. We came for oyster night they were worth it!While the restaurant does have mains and features, we opted to share and had oysters, calamari, and ended the evening with a nice cheese plate. The custom cocktails were great, lots of variety. They also had fabulous wines.

Nicole Kobelkowsky: and could use a window or fresh air we were not able to ignore that the whole meal. Our evening was great and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Corey Jansen: Amazing food. Lots of flavor and great staff

Jasmeen Sekhon: The food, the service was impeccable today!Ive been here before, i order food to go mostly. This one time the server forgot to pack one of the dishes i ordered and i didnt realize it was missing until i got home. So i called them to ask and they confirmed it happened by accident. I believe it was the owner who came and dropped it off at my house with complimentary beers. No one does this in todays world. Their service is top notch! And their food is chef's kiss.

Chris Wagner: Excellent. Focused. Intimate.

Gadi Glogowski: A cozy and simple designed restaurant with a curated chef menu. The options are few but it should satisfy most pallets. The plates are meant to be share so for a party of two we were recommended to get 4 dishes. Reservation at this place is pretty much a must for dinner as the place only hosts a handful of tables. The food was pretty great but you must be open to enjoying more interesting flavors.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring my kids to this place.

529 Wellington Steakhouse: what do users think?

Harvey Minuk: Dale and team are beauties! Best steakhouse in Canada!

Vitaly: I never leave a restaurant a 10/10 but this place exceeded all of my expectations. The guys in the kitchen sure do great work in the kitchen! Our meals were beyond delicious and premium level cocktails! But the highlight of our night was Tommy! He was beyond charming, super attentive, professional and you can tell that he loves what he's doing! 10/10 experience! Best Steakhouse in the city for a reason.

Ella Hernandez: Thank you 529, the meal was perfect. The appetizers were filled with flavour that made it hard not to finish eating. When the beef Wellington came, it smelt amazing. The meat could not have been cooked better. We had an espresso with dessert, which couldn’t be beat, and we were completely satisfied. The atmosphere had so much character and history, it was beautiful. Lastly, we have never had better service. There was nothing the waiter did not know about the food. He was attentive and friendly. We could not have had a better experience.

Fasakin Oluwakemisola: Nice ambience and food is great! We had a great date night

Gregory Alexander-Bort: I need to point out that the service was phenomenal. Everyone that I interacted with was welcoming, delightful to speak with and very accommodating. I definitely need to make a special note to our server Tommy. Went above and beyond a typical server. Tommy was very informative with the selections both in cooking knowledge and adding personal tastes to bring more perspective, he was a delight to speak with and knows how to crack a good joke or two! Tommy was super accommodating to our needs, and when needed offered solutions that he could provide that worked out splendidly. I honestly hope this review makes it to him, even if he is a seasoned veteran of the service industry, Tommy was what made our night a special one. I would go again in a heartbeat and request Tommy to be our server and maybe get a couple drinks with him after!

Saperavi Restaurant: what do users think?

Elizabeth Komar: I’ve been thinking about going to Saperavi for a year and finally tried it.They have all the most popular and authentic dishes, rich in flavor and Georgian spices.Amazing romantic atmosphere and fast service.Absolutely my favorite is Khachapuri Adjaruli , I would definitely recommend it if you love cheese.

Anna Savchenko: it seems that everything is fine, but it is definitely not Georgian flavor and taste, and was it even expected?

Chase Vineland: This was our first time trying Georgian food. I’m glad we tried it and it was fun. I rated it a 4 because the food size was bit precious. I admit I was still hungry after dinner even though we ordered an appetizer and also additional soup. I probably could’ve eaten two of my entrees of beef. The Chuchvara soup was pretty limp for a $12 soup. I honestly thought they gave me the wrong soup. The Kubdari baked meat pie was delicious but tiny especially for $18. I got the Lulia kabob and man it was tasty but it was really small.I had a nice time and the service was good. They were attentive and friendly. I just wish the food was more generous in size. I wouldn’t even mind paying more.Parking: It took us a couple of passes by the restaurant to get a parking space

Robert Reyes Ong: Restaurant had friendly staff and the place was clean. Wasn't too busy when I visitedFinally got to try khachapuri, and it was more filling that it looks

Cibo Waterfront Cafe: what do users think?

Barb Shapiro: Met a friend for dinner tonight and Zach our server took great care of us. Recommended the Whitley 75 and it was very refreshing. I had the Le Burger Week Casio Pepe burger and it was delicious! I am just in town visiting for a few more days but I will recommend Cibo to my family and friends who live here and I will be back next summer to enjoy another meal here!!!

Bryan Kehler: after eating it. Restaurant was a bit too noisy for my tastes -- even coming early in the evening. I can only imagine how much worse it gets when it's packed with those acoustics. Some of the staff

Jenna Lynn: Food 10/10Bruschetta and margarita pizza were delicious.Service 10/10Our server Zac was great. Friendly, funny, efficient and made THE BEST lemonade I’ve ever had. Thank you.Atmosphere 10/10Beautiful brick interior building, Got a table overlooking the river.Overall great experience. Will definitely be back soon!

Presley Potten: Came for lunch and had the caprese sandwich, whole meal was delicious. Friends who joined me had the smash burger and loved it as well. No dessert menu but ask them for their daily selection, the triple chocolate cake was the perfect finished and the table shared one piece as it’s a large portion. Paired it all with a mango mule mocktail which was refreshing.

Danielle Groinus: Came here for our 1 year wedding anniversary on a gorgeous afternoon. We had bruschetta & olives to start along with some cocktails & mocktails - so tasty! The Mortadella bruschetta wasn’t my favourite, so I would choose a different one next time. For our mains my husband tried the new grilled octopus, which he really enjoyed & I had the shrimp scampi pasta, the flavour was delicious however the sauce was a bit watery and the pasta was cooked past al dente. Our server was friendly and accommodating but we unfortunately were charged full price for all of the happy hour apps & cocktails we got. We didn’t catch it until after we paid & didn’t want to go through a refund process, not a big deal but something to keep the servers aware of!

Lorraine Audrey: Very delicious baby back ribs, fall off the bone tender. Wonderful desserts. And service.

Christina Chan: Inferno's is a delight, both at lunch and dinner. Have been for dinner a few times, so it was nice to try out their lunch menu. They have a fresh sheet with specials, a great selection of appetizers and mains, and out of this world desserts! The corn bread and foccacia offered at the beginning of the meal was served either a whipped butter with garlic/spices that was out of this world. We shared amongst 5 people - frog's legs, escargot, Asian duck confit potstickers, rack of lamb, salmon Royale, Madagascar moules frites, and the bison steak with beet gnocchi. All were fresh and delicious, and nicely plated. It was a busy lunch crowd so reservations are recommended.Other diners in the restaurant looked happy and sated.

Dieter Bueddefeld: Great variety on the menu. Excellent service. Patio is wonderful but indoor tables are cozy as well.Parking: Street parking is available, but at times only within a block or two.

Jen E: Infernos is a French restaurant in St. Boniface. It has a great patio to enjoy on summer afternoon or evening. Live music was playing when we went. Restaurant was very busy on a Saturday night; rezo’s recommended if you don’t want to wait or be disappointed. A bread basket is served and it is fantastic. I had the pickerel which came in a sauce that was delicious and seasoned well. My husband had the Buttermilk chicken sandwich and fries and had nothing negative to say!! He really enjoyed Infernos. Awe. Miracles do happen!! Beer and cocktails are limited but the wine menu is really the star. I most definitely will be back to try the many other menu offerings. Oh and dessert is a MUST. I had the crème brûlée and it was on point. Varied selection of desserts that looked scrumptious.Vegetarian options: Limited but there is a veg option under each menu heading except mussels and fries.Parking: Aug 2023 There is parking in the back lot of Infernos however the restaurant was busy so lot was full. Found parking on the street across Marion. Currently there is construction which obstructs parking. That’s Winnipeg in summer for you.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no ramp but I am making an educated guess a 18x18 manual or power w/c could fit through the door and have access to dinning table or patio.

Leena Regi Saleth: Well curated menu with amazing new combinations! The waitress explained everything about the specials for the day, the menu and was very hospitable!Must try dessert: Pistachio white chocolate cheesecake

Danny Smith: The food is always top notch.Delicious. Good size portions.. Always a good selection of specials. The menu has something for everybody. No disappointments here.Recommend to everybody who expects great food at reasonable prices. No room for dessert. Dessert selection is incredible. The creme brulee is apparently to die for.

Deer + Almond: what do users think?

Dominic Angelo: barista at Little Sisters Coffee Maker recommended it, but I left feeling like I just had the best meal of 2023. Deer + Almond is perfect for a romantic evening or an occasion worth celebrating as there is no doubt you’ll leave beyond satisfied. I recommend the bone marrow w/chanterelles, goldeneye nigiri, beet agnolotti, and peanut semifreddo

Gail Horvath: Dining here was an experience I will remember for years. Every dish was unique, beautiful, and delicious. It felt like I was experiencing art. Four of us dined together on an evening where there was a fixed menu, and we shared so we could try every single dish on offer. Every dish was a joy. The chef made use of many local, in season ingredients and combined them masterfully. The server was warm, knowledgeable, and professional. This is not an intimidating fine dining experience - you will feel comfortable and relaxed and the chef may even come by to greet you. The fixed menu had more food than we could eat so we took some home. I recommend budgeting for a special dining experience here - it is good value for the effort put in by the Chef and staff and the wonderful ingredients. A Deer + Almond experience will not fade in your memory like other ordinary evenings at a chain restaurant.

Stephen Strike: 4 course options from the preset choices were all beautifully arranged and full of flavor.Smaller dishes in each but enough food by the last bite to satisfy the vast majority. The couple sample dishes could have easily been on the menu as options.Service was top-notch, providing a detailed outline of the ingredients of each dish and how it was prepared.Maybe a touch pricey, but the food was worth it and not the drinks. The only con I have is the atmosphere. Felt like eating in an old cafe and the amazing food was out of place. It's definitely worth a try.

PAMN: Really an outstanding restaurant! The service is awesome because they give you a wine tasting and also intricately explain the items you are ordering from the dining experience menu. Valpolicella Superiore and Deer Carpaccio are match made in heaven; it was my first time having a deer dish that too in carpaccio form - loved it and it was my favourite 😻 from the menu! Green Pappardelle was soft and tasty with a flavour bomb in that fiery chilli oil, wow 🤩🔥 Pork Schnitzel and Honey Custard had nice presentation but tastes ok compared to the first two dishes!! The restaurant is extremely hygienic and tip top with a casual ambience Palette cleanser served at the end and complimentary starter received were also good 😌Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian options also available on the menu!Dietary restrictions: They do ask whether you have any allergies!

Stephen Klassen: We have dined at Bonfire many times and have never been disappointed. They have a large and loyal clientele for a reason. Everything about the experience is excellent. Being "foodies" and having dined all over the world makes us somewhat of experts. Currently, my favorite dish is the Manitoba chicken. Very unique and wholesome. Service is superior, and dishes have just the right flavors.

The gave multiple phenomenal food and wine recommendations, while dealing with a large party group for a bachelor party. The food was amazing and the server’s recommendation and pairing were worth coming back. Please stop here, the service is worth is.

Tony Lee: This was my first trip back to Winnipeg, Manitoba, after so many years. I was extremely surprised to dine in such an high end restaurant in downtown Winnipeg. Hy's was, in fact, established in Winnipeg for decades, but I never knew it. The atmosphere and setting were so magnificent and classy. The service was very impressive, and the food was also good. The desert was prepared in front of my table with wine and hot flame. An unforgettable dinner.

Gabri Kar: Hy's consistency in no matter what city you're in is impeccable. I am never disappointed. And what was also a wonderful surprise was their patio. Just loved it!

Gordon Ronald: . We will go back, as Hy's does offer a great dining experience.Parking: At 5 o'clock on a Monday, Parking was not a problem.

David Keam: This is a gem of a restaurant in WPG. If you want the same old same old this is not the place. When you want fantastic better different; this is where you go for lunch or dinner.Parking: Street parking is all ive ever used.

Thane Maddaford: The meal was great with very tasty food but maybe a bit expensive, honestly. Lots of locally sourced food, which is nice to see. The service was great, and our server was very pleasant. The bathroom could have used a bit of freshening up as there was a bit of an unpleasant odor down there. We actually had a difficult time finding this little restaurant as google took us off track a bit.

Glenn Bartlett: One of my favorite restaurants in Winnipeg. Scott is fantastic and Raoul is a pro! Food is always amazing. Highly recommend Fusion!Parking: Can be a little bit of a challenge finding parking on Academy. I got Rockstar parking this time, which was awesome.

Rick Higgins: Went for supper at Fusion Grill recently with 5 others, 3 of which have food allergies. They were great with the allergies and we all had a fantastic dinner. Food was outstanding as was the service. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back again soon.

Reid Woods: Great food, great service, cosy and warm atmosphere.

Vasana Sith: Food is delicious, service is friendly and quick. We got the steak bites to start, and I ordered the fried chicken and fries with curry mayo appetizer as my main meal and everything was great. I was not a huge fan of my friends gnocchi that she ordered, as the texture of the gnocchi seemed overworked. It was chewy and dense but the ragu sauce it was served with was tasty. Will definitely be back to try more items.

William Lau: that came with this really tasty sweet hot sauce. Not like a Thai sweet chilli sauce but more like a sweetened Frank's hot sauce. They were a great pairing.Next was a Ceasar salad. It was tossed really well with a generous amount of dressing, so everything was coated. Croutons were ground like breadcrumbs, so it was easier to mix in with the leaves for even crunch with each bite. The dressing was really good too so it could have been house-made.The included pasta was the Fett Chile. A fettuccini in a roasted red pepper cream sauce. Toppings included chorizo, chicken, and a small amount of red pepper not yet blended into the sauce. I expected this to be fairly savoury umami-like, but it turned out to be a mild sweet flavour. It's not too sweet as my companion loves this dish, too, and she doesn't like too many sweet dishes. I could not stop raving about this dish each time the server came by.My companions Vong

Clementine: what do users think?

MONIQUE AQUIN GRABOSKI: A friend and I met for lunch and the wait time was short. Our dishes were delicious and service was also timely and attentivecwith coffee and water refills. Seating is a bit uncomfortable due to height of tables and chairs because I am short. Just a thought but in future I would prefer a lower table and would ask to be seated in one of those tables.Parking: It is in the Exchange district so mostly street parking. Stairs down to a lower level so not wheel chair accessible.

Ramona Yun: Showed up before 9am on a Wednesday, and there was already a few groups gathered out front eagerly awaiting opening. Service was friendly and prompt. It's got an open kitchen which adds to the atmosphere. Food is as good as everyone says it is. Our party ordered the fried corn, the turkish eggs, and the mushroom toast. Everything was delicious, but personal favourite and standout of the dishes is the mushroom toast. The burst of flavour was unexpected and very welcome! Definitely order something with the sourdough bread. It's thick, flavourful, and got just the right chew. Just visiting, but Clementine makes me wonder if I should move to Winnipeg for the food.Accessibility information:From street level, the restaurant is down a flight of stairs with handrails. I did not see an elevator but unsure if access to one is available. There is a mix of bar height counter and farm table style seating with some lower standard height non-fixed tables and chairs. Most if not all chairs have backrests. There are hooks at the bar counter for bags and personal belongings. There are two single occupancy washrooms, one with signage indicating it is accessible, but I did not confirm availability of amenities and accessories inside the accessible washroom.Vegetarian options: There are several delicious vegetarian options on the menu that are on equal footing with the meat options, which is always welcome.

Garry Duke: The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! Will visit again! Every one's meal was perfect!Kid-friendliness: Acknowledged our kids and chatted with them!

Obed Carrillo G: Clementine is Winnipeg's number one brunch spot! Maybe their number one food establishment period! The establishments atmosphere is wonderful and cozy, having a bit of an underground speakeasy kinda feel.I had the chorizo tostadas while my partner had the turkish eggs. Both which were an interesting take on ethnic foods with a fun white-people twist. The chia pudding as a great, healthy side.Truly a wonderful place.Definitely come here if you visit Winnipeg, it is a MUST.Vegetarian options: This place has food options for all kinda of people. The chia pudding was amazing!Parking: Nearby street parking is available that is pretty inexpensive.

Cooki Lumsden: braised bacon was sublime. Sadly, the coffee was seriously over roasted. Clementine is definitely on my come back and try the rest of the menu list.

Jacky P: The bread slices are thick and bouncy, integrity keeping well into your meal. The chicken was well seasoned, portioned, and juicy. The drinks are all refreshing and tasty. The root beer pudding sounded odd but was such a stand out! Wait times are long, come prepared.Recommended dishes Braised Bacon Benedict and Fried Potatoes, Fried Chicken on Toast …

Anca Alecsandra Rusu: I went for breakfast on a Saturday and the atmosphere was so nice! It's laid back and hip. I had a chia bowl that was delicious.Too bad it's in a demi-sol and they have no outside seating area. But either way, I loved it.Kid-friendliness: Every second party there was a family with a couple of kids.

Januzia Sena: The food is amazing, very good service

Jacky Will: I had a great time at Resto Gare. The patio is very nice, with good seating and shade. I went with the escargot and mac n cheese with white truffle. The escargot was cooked perfectly, with melt in your mouth texture and great flavor. The mac n cheese was my favorite, cooked al dente and not overpowering truffle flavor. The sangria was a little too sweet to my taste. Our waiter was very nice and gave us great service. I will definitely come back again and would like to try the seating in the train car.

MJ Chivers: Historical setting with incredible French cuisine. I almost thought I was in France. Definitely worth the visit.Vegetarian options: On the menuDietary restrictions: They have gf and vegetarian options.
