They have worked on my most treasured pieces with such care and concern and help me but what has to be the MOST stunning ring. They were willing to work with the designer to make changes that we requested and I walked away with a custom showstopper ring. This is the only store I will shop at for any of my pieces and the only place I trust with any piece I own.

She showed me various products giving me honest opinions on items and treated me with so much respect. Thank you Megan on your excellent assistance. I’ve had so many compliments on the ring.I have also purchased gold chains, had bracelets shortened and even had a bracelet restrung. They do it all and you will never be disappointed with the workmanship of their goldsmiths or the advice of their staff. The manager Hazel she was so professional and patcient to explain michael hill polocy and told me there was no need to be stressful, she will handle this issue even this ring was not purchase in this location. All of sudden I relieved. Instead of fix the ring, she exchanged with competely new one when she heard our anniversary was January 9 cuz she didnt want me celebrate our anniversary without this beautiful ring. I had excellent customer service in the store. She took care of my feeling and understood me. It was first time we bought from Michael Hill and I would love to come back again cuz I really impressed with the service.

Russell Watts: Busy store not all items on display so you need to have a sales representative show you everything you want to see. I think that is how the store is designed to work but I like to browse on my own because I never know what I want to purchase so I wasted like 20 min of a sales person's time just browsing and not really finding anything I liked...
