The delivery was quick and the sofas were set up exactly how I pictured it in my home. A few days later I noticed a problem with the quality of some trim on one of the sofas. Sam sent two friendly repairmen to the house very soon after my concerns were expressed and the sofa was repaired. All in all I would recommend this business!

James Wingert: EQ3 has been very accommodating of a series of construction delays in my move to a new apartment building. They stored furniture for me for months without charge. When the wrong model dresser was subsequently delivered I did not recall what the one I ordered looked like and began using the dresser. When the mistake was discovered, EQ3 accommodated a change in my order without issue. And when a sofa I ordered would not fit on the elevator, EQ3 agreed to a swap for a shorter Love Seat. Their consistent accommodation has made this stressful move much easier! I'll be back!

Honestly, this specific Ashley home furniture does not compare to any other furniture store. I’ve purchased quite a few times from Dave. today I dealt with the store manager. I forget her name but she was the most wonderful person to deal with because Dave was unavailable, she listen to me. She got me an insane deal. Regardless if it’s a big box store they treated me better than any other furniture store and it pays off as I keep going back to them! Sorry but they are the best and put the brick and any other department store to shame. Amazing staff!

I needed a table runner and they no longer had stock at their store but offered to have one shipped to the store for me. A little on the pricy side so I try to wait for items to go on sale. Love how the store is laid out in themes!! My happy place for sure!!

nicole fong: Love your store, just not your return policy. It’s hard to choose a colour or style of furniture and taking it home and if it doesn’t look right and if you have to return the product you charge a restocking fee. Even if you return the very next day.

Tricia Sokolowski: I had the most amazing experience with this store’s manager. I purchased two discontinued counter stools through the store and one through the website and unfortunately after a few weeks I was informed my website order was not able to be fulfilled. After speaking with Steve who was wonderful and gave me the option to return the two stools for a merchandise credit, I expressed my ultimate wish to obtain a floor model from another province if one existed and have it shipped to me, he found a few options and phoned the stores personally to obtain information on the condition of each item. He informed me the best one was available at a store in West Vancouver and helped me process the purchase! I am currently working on securing my own courier service to pick it up, package it and ship it to me as the store does not have the ability to. He went above and beyond for me and that is why I always shop and support Urban Barn. Thank you!
