Brand representation is excellent. I visited IJL with a specific watch brand and model family in mind and, I was very well served by Sunny who took the time to walk me through the choices and nail down my preferences. Sunny was very knowledgeable about the products, the technical aspects and, watches in general. It is always a pleasure to be served by someone who understands the love that some of us have for mechanical watches from both a technical and aesthetic perspective. Danielle Veenstra: There is nowhere. I repeat NOWHERE I would ever bring my jewelry too or purchase from. You will never find a kinder team to work with anywhere else. They have worked on my most treasured pieces with such care and concern and help me but what has to be the MOST stunning ring. They were willing to work with the designer to make changes that we requested and I walked away with a custom showstopper ring. This is the only store I will shop at for any of my pieces and the only place I trust with any piece I own.
