I had phoned another place and they wanted to hold on to the ring for a week plus and was charging more. Simon’s price was significantly lower and they had quoted us a few days when I called earlier. So we went back to grab it and my husband went to drop of off but to his surprise Simon was nice enough to do the appraisal on the spot. The manager Hazel she was so professional and patcient to explain michael hill polocy and told me there was no need to be stressful, she will handle this issue even this ring was not purchase in this location. All of sudden I relieved. Instead of fix the ring, she exchanged with competely new one when she heard our anniversary was January 9 cuz she didnt want me celebrate our anniversary without this beautiful ring. I had excellent customer service in the store. She took care of my feeling and understood me. It was first time we bought from Michael Hill and I would love to come back again cuz I really impressed with the service.
