- “Available for hire” -: The branch staff are always reliable within 15 minutes of entering, if not immediately. They're a little less fast paced than more busy branches and thus are more concentrated with their work.They're very versatile with many odd situations. This branch doesn't do coins with deposit but might be able to do orders for coins.The atm are actually open longer than the listed hours, being open most notably until 11 in the night most everyday, except around Friday when I think its open until 2 for the atm. To be safe, just go before 11pm and enjoy the quietness and safety of being near a busy roadway.

Jocylene Sy Perez-Yao: I was at Lombard branch Wednesday after 1pm. Teller HS00563 whom I knew from cityplace was the teller. I hope Lombard branch retains said teller as a permanent teller at the bank. Even when she used to be at Cityplace, all I can say is teller has always been nice. Keep it up and everybody be safe.

Ali Mohammadzadeh: My partner and I have recently opened a personal account with National and we had a great experience with this branch. Amit, the branch advisor, was a great help walking us through different account options and available promotions and gave us the chance to decide the best option. He was always available to answer our questions through email with a one-day response time which was very convenient and satisfying. He also gave me a call whenever I had a question to provide me with right answers that I was looking for. I personally think this is the better way of treating the clients compared to other known banks that you have to wait a long time to get back from them with template answers.

Curtis ATVPRO: , the only downside to financing a snowmobile purchase is not being able to pay off a loan when you make a call 5 days earlier. This effected my purchase of the one I wanted. It was sold during the time it took me to pay off my other loan early.I should note I DID GET CALLS BACK....they were automated surveys for service provided....... yeah. jeff bull (BigBmoc): Friendly staff. Lots of nature light. Clean. Why four stars and not 5, simple. Long line inside and only two tellers open. It could have been better with more staff working. I had to wait almost 15 minutes. Thank goodness I wasn't in a rush. The customer service staff member at the front was very kind but couldn't help me. It was nice that no matter how much time goes by, she always remembers me by name. One of the reasons I keep coming back.

Michael Minor: of the big five but at a fraction of the cost in service fees. Best of all, the proceeds of credit unions are not being used to line the pockets of the already inordinately wealthy. Sick of paying hundreds in bank fees every year? Cash is an option, but joining a credit union is much better.
