Amit, the branch advisor, was a great help walking us through different account options and available promotions and gave us the chance to decide the best option. He was always available to answer our questions through email with a one-day response time which was very convenient and satisfying. He also gave me a call whenever I had a question to provide me with right answers that I was looking for. I personally think this is the better way of treating the clients compared to other known banks that you have to wait a long time to get back from them with template answers.

David Sloan: I had leased some equipment and during the term we closed one location and moved to the other one not even thinking to notify National Leasing. Thinking that the lease would be up soon I discovered that we had gone over by 7 months! Upon calling I was told that they had tried several ways to contact me to no avail and that they may be able to credit a couple months. I had wanted to buy out the equipment so it would mean roughly 5 months of payments plus almost $4000 for the buyout. I pleaded with them to make an exception. They called the next day and not only credited me with the full amount I had overpaid but also applied it to the equipment and wrote off the rest owing! I was extremely grateful for this most gracious treatment.
