C Loff: I ordered Christmas cards in the middle of November - they said it would take 5 business days. It has now been several weeks, it is almost Christmas and when I called, they have no idea when the cards will be ready. They just say they are too busy. I will have to go out and buy commercially available cards now instead of sending a personal picture to my family and friends. I will NEVER use Don's Photo for this work again.Later... I have just ordered my Christmas cards from Vistaprint - I used them before and they are very good. Should have gone there in the first place! They guarantee delivery in 3 DAYS. I will get them before Don's, which I ordered WEEKS AGO.Again...It is several days later and Don's STILL has no idea when it will print and deliver my cards. They also refused to cancel my order. Consequently, I have filed a complaint with the Winnipeg Better Business Bureau that they will not cancel my order since they can't seem to deliver the cards.UPDATE: I am changing my review to 5 Stars as I have had some excellent service from Don's this year. I guess they have improved big time! Good for them. I moved out of Winnipeg to a rural area and I have been ordering camera equipment from Don's - it comes wicked-fast and to the post office - totally awesome! Well packed and really great. Good on Don's for their improvement!!!

Michael Galanos: A while back I bought a used 7D and had shipped to Toronto I found out that the flash card slot was not reading the CF cards I emailed the owner of Photo Central Mr. Andrew Toews and explained the situation and he went above and beyond to give me a refund when he got the camera back. You can buy from any photo store today but buying from Mr Toews shop should be your first choice because you will get the great service even when products are not 100 percent satisfactory at least you can count on stellar service which is hard to come by these days.Thanks AndrewMichael
