Yawhann Chong: R.I.P. Noodle Express, long live Sam Po Dim Sum. I miss the old staff at Noodle Express, but all the same familiar food is here, menu and all. I feel like too many people are sleeping on this place. I personally don't care that much about customer service at a restaurant - as long as the food is good and it gets to my table in a timely manner, that is what matters the most to me. That said, I see other reviewers complaining about the service, but I haven't had poor or rude service here. Their most unique items I haven't found anywhere else: deep fried sticky rice, seafood dumplings, curry beef perogies, beef balls, pan-fried pork dumplings, beef rice rolls, golden dumpling buns, and their in-house hot sauce.

Serving was good nothing extraordinary. I went in looking for good dim sum at a good price with good service and that's exactly what I got.

We got spring rolls, chicken soo gai, beef with Chinese ginger sauce, sweet & sour chicken balls, chicken chow mein & chicken fried rice. The chow mein & spring roll were good but unremarkable tbh, everything else was FANTASTIC! Everything was fresh, the meat was tender, the flavours were great. New preferred spot for sure!

Bryan Swaykoski: This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. The food is absolutely delicious and we didn't wait long for our meal to come to the table. If you like dim sum, I highly recommend going during happy hour. It isn't a large dining area so the place fills quickly in the evening.

Jasmine: I forgot to take some pictures when we were there. We went there for dim sum. We used to live in BC in the lower mainland area and had our fair share of good quality dim sum. North Garden is comparable if not better. Their dim sum sizes are huge! Shiu Mai and Hargow are huge, ingredients are very fresh, and we enjoyed their beef ribs and pork ribs too, and beef balls! The pictures you see online does not do it justice. Atmosphere is very clean and pleasant. The prices are much higher but the portions make up for it. They also sell Chinese pastry and frozen dim sum for you to take out. For the two of us the bill came up to $70 including tip. It was on the high side. Parking was limited. They also have a bubble tea shop inside the restaurant.
Kailey Enns: We ordered through skip but thisbis where my family had been ordering loyaly all the way through my childhood. Hands down THE BEST lemon chicken in the itt with a beautiful sauce. Not overly sweet and with a nice tartness. All the food we ordered was delicious and exactly what we ordered. We also recieved a free drink. I went to se whay it was butnitnqasnt even on their menu. It. Was. Delicious. Some kind of iced tea with passion fruite, lemon slices and some kind of fruit that looked like a tiny lime. It was sweet, a little tart and with just a touch of bitter that was omplimented by the sweetness and sourness of real fresh fruit. It was so delicious and a free complimentary part of our meal. Thank you North Garden, as usual you didn't dissapoint.

I’ve been coming here since a wee child and the food has always been top notch.Highly recommend the seafood noodles, crispy chow mein, and century egg congee! I never leave this place hungry.
