Kevin Sabiston Sr: I just wanted to say that I am extremely grateful and thankful for Meals on wheels and the deliveries that the volunteers make 5 days per week. I know with rising prices for fuel and food has been a tremendous burden for everyone causing the portions to decrease and making it increasingly difficult for the volunteers to continue delivering Meals. Without this remarkable service i would have starved months ago. Thank you, for ensuring Meals meet my needs and i need to apologize for making it harder on you guys. What you're doing is truly remarkable and extremely valuable. So sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much! Our convenient service delivers 5 days a week, so contact us, and have delicious meals prepared especially for you.

There is no need to wait around while you prepare and cook a meal with our delivered meals. With Harmans Meal Service. All you need to do is reheat and enjoy your fresh meal.
Meals are only $10.00 including tax and delivery, add your choice of soup, salad, or dessert for an extra $1.50, extra meal preparation $1.00. If you order 3 or fewer meals per week, we require COD, and if you order 4 or more meals per week, a monthly billing account will be set up. Payment is due upon receipt. We accept cash or cheque, which can be sent via mail or given to your delivery driver. Credit Card payments are accepted as well, but will be subject to a 2% processing fee.
Extra portions and/or desserts can be added to your menu for only a small fee.

Realized this is the source location. If you are craving west african cuisine in the peg city, this is the one.Pricing is borderline on the upper end. They do deliver for a fee if you opt for.It is kind of exclusive since they do use UberEats for certain distance. The most make sense is to pick it up yourself. Made to order. Homemade.Portion is big for the price. They are finalizing the updated menu at the time of writing.
