Shamyla **: After having a disappointing first experience some years back i decided to give Istanbul kebab house another chance and went back tonight for their food. However, this time around the restaurant service and food surprised me pleasantly. We ordered a mixed grilled platter. The meat was tender and juicy and serving was decent. The service was friendly, fast and courteous. The restaurant was clean and staff was cleaning the tables as soon as people left. We enjoyed our food. Finished our dinner with a hot turkish tea accompanied with kunafeh which was good. Overall we had a good experience and would definitely go back. Happy to see that the restaurant quality improved significantly in all terms.

Ash: Such a great restaurant and has an authentic taste / vibe. We got the grill platter which has a bit of everything on it to try, so delicious! Seasoned just right and has that grilled, fresh taste. Dessert was lovely with a cup of Turkish tea. Customer service was excellent both times I’ve been here. David Turing: The lamb stew here tastes very good, the kebabs are properly cooked, and the portion I say is pretty large.The only thing that I think needs to be considered before you choose this place is eating habits. The mutton here is relatively fatty, and the naan that goes with the meal is more soaked inside fat instead of gravy.I was hoping to order a bowl of mutton soup, but the price of $17 just a little for one people portion made me give up

Tarek D.: Me and my family had dinner here just a few days ago. I’ve always wanted to try a halal Uyghur cuisine, so when we went to Toronto from Michigan, I’d figure I’d give it a try. Probably the some of the best food I’ve had in some time. For a new cuisine experience, we loved everything we ordered. Everything so fresh, the meats and chicken perfectly seasoned.. very nice staff. I spoke with the owner and I can tell how much he truly cares about the quality and care of his customer’s experience. I will definitely be coming back here on my next visit. I highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a unique and delicious meal to try this spot. You will not be disappointed!

Maria Ramsawak Seuraj: I randomly came here with my husband. We were supposed to get a very late breakfast in the same plaza but I saw the sign for Kebab Bistro and my mind instantly changed. We came in and there were a few people eating inside the very cozy restaurant. The young gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant to deal with.I chose the KB-1 KEBAB BISTRO SPECIAL which includes 1 Tandoori chicken kebab, 1 classic chicken kebab and 1 ground veal shish kebab. I’ll be honest, I just looked at the photo and saw FOOD and didn’t necessarily see the amount of food and I ordered it lol when it came out, the food smelled absolutely amazing. I started off with my veal kebab and it took me about 15 mins to eat that with generous amount of rice and salad on the side. When I got to my classic chicken kebab nearly 20 mins later, it will still steaming hot!! You can tell that everything is prepared fresh and made to order. The meat is seasoned extremely well and cooked to perfection. I got the rice with the raisins and the carrots and that combined with the meat, the salad, the garlic sauce and the bread is just the best combination ever!! The owner came out front and asked us how our meals were and we appreciated that and gave him our praise.My husband and I drove all the way from Rexdale and I don’t regret it. I can see us coming here at least once a month to enjoy the food here. Kudos to the chef!!

nt1223: The food is delicious! We’ve been to every afghan restaurant in the area. I was a little hesitant to try this place because it as empty inside but we drove some distance. We ordered the kofta kabab and the lamb shank. Both were so good, juicy, piping hot and fresh. The bread was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Delicious, fast service. They brought the food to our table. They have great lunch specials. Would recommend!

Food quality was still on point. So was the ambience and service. We ordered 3 platters kb1, kb2 and kb6. Each platters Came with rice salad and freshly baked naan and 2 types of sauces. Was more than sufficient for out family of 5. So good value for money. Total spent around $60. We're so full so couldn't finish the naan. The owner sweetly gave us a paper bag to pack the remaining bread. So, no wastageClean and nice ambience. Attendant was very courteous and professionalService was pretty efficient. Food came within 10min.We came here on Sunday around 5ish for Father's day. There was only one other couple.

Saba Ali Saiyed: A hidden gem for afghan cuisine. Been to all the big afghan cuisine chains and I gotta say this one is as delicious if not more. The guy at the desk is very polite and always smiling.Definitely coming back again. Must try if you are in the area and looking for good afghan food..

Harikrishnan K J: Visited the shop to try their Half Chicken Kabob and Chopan Kabob made of Lamp. Got the order within 15 minutes. The food was absolutely tasty and more than enough in quantity. The Salad and Naan was also tasty. Got Black Tea as a complementary drink which was also good. Had an overall satisfying experience as the great customer friendly staff and the neat and attractive store added beauty. Will surely visit again.
