Roman P: My Whirlpool washing/dryer unit got a problem. The washing cycle won't start. As I had a limited budget, I decided to buy not a brand new unit, because according to my calculations to call someone to fix it would probably cost more than half of the cost of the new one. I went into Sheriff's store and as soon as I saw him I asked if he had a stackable washing/dryer machine. He told me that he didn't have it. I was about to leave, because I needed exactly that type of unit, since it is located in a condominium tiny closet, but Sherif asked me what happened. I told him about a problem with the machine. He gave me a very professional and good explanation of what exactly was an issue. He asked me for a brand of it and I have learned that he has the whole control panel for my Whirlpool. That was a lucky coincidence since Sheriff doesn't sell any parts, but was willing to help me anyway. He gave me a very reasonable price for it and explained to me how to replace the part I had to replace in order to make my machine work again. We sealed the deal and when I came back home I followed Sheriff's instructions and after I put back the panel I decided of course to test it. I accumulated a lot of clothes to wash since I was about 4 days with a broken machine. It worked!! And I also noticed that it felt more powerful. I bet the builder bought defective machines for entire condominium units to save money. Thank you Sherif for good quality parts for a reasonable price and excellent customer service in combination with true intentions to help. You're a true appliances specialist without any doubt! You saved me hundreds of dollars in such difficult times. Thank you for everything one more time. God bless you! 🙏

I have bought multiple appliances from this store and have no complaints. Monica, is very knowledgeable about various appliances and will offer practical advice in choosing the appliance that fits your needs. She is very patient and is understanding about your concerns. We had an issue with our dryer and Kris was able to take a look at it and provide practical advice on how to fix it. Even though we continued to encounter issues with the applicance, Kris continued to provide guidance through the process. They have the best customer service around. It is hard to find this nowadays and. I have no hesitation to recommend this store to my friends and family.

Cyril Smith: The Sales Rep was helpful. He took the time to go through the Weber website with me and explained the specifics and features of various barbecue models. I was kept informed of the time and date of arrival of the appliance. The Genesis Ex-335 is a fantastic BBQ Grill. I find the ‘WEBER CONNECT’ technology helpful. I can monitor the grill by using the WEBER APP on my phone. I had a positive experience starting with the Sales Rep, Customer Service and the Delivery Guys. I would definitely purchase my next appliance from Goemans Appliance.

My husband and I were shopping around for Appliances for our home, we had been to a couple appliance stores but found that we really needed someone to walk us through it all. I happen to be driving by when I saw the home appliance centre and decided to go in to check out what they have. As I walked in, the warmth and welcoming that I received from Camille was all I needed. For about three days Camille walked me through all that I needed for my home. I am so grateful for her and Mona We placed an order about a year ago. Still waiting for our home to be finish renovating. Camille you give me a call and said that she will upgrade my appliance for free of charge as the one that I had originally picked is being discontinued. How awesome is that? Thank you so much Camille, Mona and the team for helping us.
