expertz: , but education is amazing like any other school in peel. since this school has fewer students than most other schools, the students and teachers get to know each other better, and you can get to know a lot of kids in the school because of that. the outside space is take it or leave it. i would recommend this to anyone, it’s very easy to make friends and almost everyone is often included.
Vivek Sharma: One of the best schools in Mississauga. Recently celebrated their 50th bday. It was amazing experience being there.. Plasp is available and teachers at Plasp are also best.

Peter Kumar: I went to this school in 1987 to 1991. The principal was called Mr Micklethwaite. My teachers were Mr. Welch, Mr. Maynard and Mrs. Graham. The secretary was Mrs. Dadson. Lunch time supervisor was Mrs. Coates. It was up to grade 6 then. The playground was about 20x bigger than it is now and there wasnt a condo in sight. You could walk from the school to square one through a field of grass. Kariya drive was just being built. A lot of classes were in portables. There was a huge baseball diamond too. The "weeping willow" tree was also easy to climb.

Remmington Cromwell: Went to this school back in 1996, best school around.
Vinz Pingol: I went to school here from JK to grade 8 back in the late 70's and early 80s. The school is a beautiful place to be and the office staff especially Mrs. DeMaestri is second-to-none and a Class Act. Kids going to the school should consider themselves very lucky.
Robert Wisniewski (k.y.s_aleks): This school although small and underfunded, is a great elementary school. This was the school I went too and I had nothing but great teachers and piers. The school has enough space to satisfy the kids that come here and there are lots of programs to keep the kids busy.

Jaisal Malik: There is no star rating that really shows how great Ellengale really is. First off, you’ll never find such an amazing school in the PDSB. With the one-on-one support, friendly teachers, and school activities, it will create memories from Kindergarten to Grade 6, like it did for me. I’m at another school now, and I can see how different and unique Ellengale is, was, and always will be. It is a smaller school, but that just keeps it more united, with the monthly CHESTER assemblies, positive learning, and great teachers.Pros:Great accessible one-on-one support that promotes positive learningTeachers that care about the students themselves, their futures, goals, needs and problemsMonthly assemblies and activities that hold the school together, where everyone knows everyoneEasy busing for most areas the school coversCreates memories that will last forever, between students, teachers and staffCons:Some years the school has had too many students for it’s sizeToo many portables takes away open space for recess/other activitiesOverall, this school is honestly the best you’ll ever find. Don’t even try comparing it to others, as the school spirit brings everyone together, from at their time at Ellengale, and even after. It stays with you forever, and hopefully you’ll have/are having as great of a time at Ellengale as I did, but just remember, appreciate your time there, as it’s only 8 years!EDIT: Most of this review is no longer applicable after staff/admin changes over the years and as the school renovates.
Zahra Ali: I was here in 2014 for a really short period of time, but i have nothing but good memories about Ellengale. My teacher was Mr. Reid, and he was, even though for a little while, the best and kindest teacher I ever had. I have one really vivid memory of him cheering me up after some kids had left me out a bullied me when I was in kindergarten, and if I could’ve, I would’ve stayed at Ellengale.

Regular classes held at our school to help my child with his aptitude and technical skills were of great help.
