The product is of exceptional quality and was finished exactly how we expected -they created a table from a live edge slab displayed in the store. What made the experience exceptional was the service. Right from the purchase through delivery every person was cheerful and helpful. Wayne helped us choose from a variety of table bases, delivery was exactly as scheduled, the delivery crew respected our house and even has slip covers on each chair through the delivery. Rob Ogrodnick: I was looking for a stand to display a heavy object and was having difficulty finding something that was solid, attractive and the right size. During my search I came across the Woodcraft website and noticed that they will build custom furniture. I liked the style of their Ottawa Valley End Table so I asked them to modify the dimensions to the smaller size I needed, without any drawers. At my request they also modified the unit to install wheels. I thought the staff took considerable care to ensure I got the custom built stand I wanted, and I was very pleased with the final product. It’s nice to still be able to buy good quality, solid wood, made in Canada furniture that is built to last a lifetime and longer.
