Jeanette Blonski: when removing the winter covers off our Burlington armchair we noticed the back cushion was chewed up by mice. We needed some of the same fabric to replace the chewed panel. I called the Clearance Outlet to see if they sold the fabric....unfortunately not but Michael the store manager said he would check if there were any unsold Burlington pieces hanging around to repair the chewed up cushion with. He said he found a footstool cushion which he could ship to our upholsterer. What a miracle that Michael found a cushion with the same fabric! Every time we deal with the DOT Clearance Outlet they save the day for us. Michael, You and your staff deliver the kind of exceptional service that makes customers coming back to you. Pinal Shah: We visited Mobilia store on weekend just 5 min before closing time and sales rep- Reshma was calm enough to show all our products. We purchased one king bed and one dining table. Reshma handled our request in professional and timely manner . The king bed is very nice, and bigger than normal king bed. The bed is sturdy and lower height which is excellent for my parents.
