Chrystal Baker-Savage: I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. The receptionists try their best, and they’re firm and efficient with the patients. I’ve not had a bad interaction with any of the receptionists, nurses, doctors or any other staff ever. I don’t understand all the negative comments about Sharon. She is great at her job, and I can’t imagine it being easy.

Dawn Andrewsloucks: Been a patient for over 10 years with Dr Lo, only seen him a few times. A very to the point man, provides the most effective tests to find out information to your issue. Ordered tests and provided a script that may help, which gave me hope that there may be relief. Gave me good sound advice as well. Cared enough to adk if i have a drug plan before dispersing a script too. Never led me astray and always straight forward. When you need help, his knowledge is beneficial.

Beth Ross: I think Dr Lo is absolutely awesome. I was diagnosed in 2009 with MS. I had a doctor previously that I did not like as her bedside manner was terrible. I has to be transferred to the MS Clinic in Hamilton and receive Dr Lo as my doctor. Since seeing Dr Lo he has been so helpful and I have seen him multiple times outside of the MS Clinic. He's there for me whenever I have an attack and need his help.He gives me the information I need, he's thorough and very knowledgeable.
M D: I was diagnosed with MS in 1990. I've had many excellent neurologist over the years. I look forward to my appointments with Dr. Lo., he explains things in a way I understand and is friendly with a sense of humor that I enjoy.

Mandy Chouinard: spent 45 minutes with me doing a consultation over the phone.I can appreciate his organized & systemic approach so I didn’t feel confused or overwhelmed with information.We covered everything from past/family medical history to my current lifestyle; he made me feel heard, validated and empowered to make a decision regarding what treatment works best for me. I’m typically weary of medical professionals that come across as “drug pushers” just wanting to give you a prescription and send you on your way but this was NOT the case here, I learned so much about migraines and certain lifestyle changes, as well as vitamin supplementation that could benefit me.Dr Giammarco was also conferenced into the phone call to go over the treatment plan with me and to answer any questions I may have had. She was lovely to deal with as well.
Nicole Greenhalgh: Dr. Giammarco is amazing. She listens, gives different treatment options tailored to how you react and your life. When she saw how nervous I was about my first botox treatment she slowed everything right down, explained what was happening, gave me a chance to catch my breath, and explained everything she was doing as she did it. Amazing experience.

Judy Heacock: She is caring, compassionate and wonderful doctor. She tries to get medication covered if not currently covered by your plan. Tommy Williams: I met with Dr Guha on December 13th for a consultation on my neck but we also discussed my lower back. Dr. Guha was extremely patient and willing to consider options other than surgery on my neck. He spoke in very clear and simple language that I could understand. He ordered additional tests to determine the best option surgically with the least risk and recovery time. I felt he understood my concerns and was very comprehensive in addressing them. CC WIN: I haven't been to his office in some years ,was checking reviews in hopes he does umbilical hernia repairs as been sadly suffering since my first laprascopy over 30 years ago and still haven't seen a segeons for 3 years since untasound reveal diagnois .He was such a wonderful doctor ,bed side manner I found to be very professional .What I like is he is straight up and test preformed via check for uretha possible narrowing was such a relief as uses water rather than air like many others. I saw him twice and out of all specilist I'd seen since a young girl within ,by far he was the best .I highly recommend him as he is honest and straight up .

Pamela Aucoin: Dr. Kapoor is a professional surgeon who is caring, kind and goes above and beyond to make a person feel that what he does will work and you can trust him. I had a radical nephrectomy and removal of adrenal gland just over a year ago and I could not have asked for a better team of people to work with me.
