heather robertson: I ran out of the 7x7 liqua shields and Marchese were also out of them. A lady from Marchese got me some quickly. She contacted their suppler for when they would be sending more. When they came in she sent me some. I thank her a lot. I could mention her name but I had better not.
Diego Sanmillan: i have been ordering online, the delivery has been kind of slow but due to the vivid. Jacob has been very helpful all the time. I wish I lived in Hami to be closer. Marchese* has products that I couldn't find anywhere in Canada. Really appreciate everything, My husband Richard has a wound result of an injury lifting a pallet leaving the tissue really exposed. I was very concern because the healing wasn't happening. I research for products, learned about Prontosan* and after 4 hrs trying to find a supplier in Canada I found Marchese, Richard is much better and his wound is getting much better.

Kelly GN: What to say....at first, we had a hard time finding someone to help us, seemed like everyone was busy doing?. Then we found someone, but she kept leaving us to do??. I went and said something about us being unhappy with our service and someone should be with us throughout the time we were there. We ended up purchasing a bulk item and as it turns out there had been a mix up, new staff and I know this because the CSR helping us, told me. So, after we figured out the mix up, I contacted Kristen, the Manager, explained everything and she made it 100% right!!! Kristen even came on the delivery to ensure it was done correctly. Adam, the driver, each time we either spoke to him on the phone or in person, very professional and seems like a genuinely nice person who truly cares.So, although it was made right in the end, the CSR at the start, almost made us walk out the door. If it wasn't for them having what we wanted, we would have left. However, we are glad we didn’t!Sometimes, things aren't always as they seem. All new staff can be very overwhelming for the Customer, the Manager and for the CSR themselves.Again, THANK YOU to Kristen and Adam for going ABOVE AND BEYOND....

Gail Kendall: I'm very pleased with my first experience with Wellwise. I needed to be measured for support hose. Theresa helped me and was able to offer me good advice. I found her to be very kind. After placing the order, I realized the amount exceeded the allowed amount from the insurance company. I called Theresa for advice on which pair to relinquish. She suggested that since she had not yet sent in the order, I should be able to return the receipts on Seniors' Day and re-purchase the stockings then, thus allowing me to keep all four pair. All of the employees , especially the manager went above and beyond to satisfy us as customers. Even during a pandemic when these stores are at the mercy of the suppliers who are having a tough time fulfilling orders. Monique LaPlante: I rented a hospital grade breast pump from this store that works so well and was like new, and the manager was so knowledgeable on the subject. She was so nice to talk to, very kind. Not only did she answer all of my questions but she made sure I got everything I needed very quickly. She sent a driver very promptly and he was so nice to deal with as well and delivered to me quickly. I'm am very impressed with the people at this store.

Khalid Kaiser: I had taken in my Triaxe Sport Skooter to their location in Hamilton coming from my Immunotherapy at Princess Margaret Hospital in DT Toronto. The issue I was having was it was not charging anymore. Larry Rivers the Service Manager quickly determined it was my adaptor and sold a good adaptor he had on site. I witnessed today what real top notch service is!Thanks a million Larry!!

Larry promptly visited our home, reviewed our needs and ordered a new chair with the necessary equipment required. Within days Larry arrived with the new power chair, removed the old one and outlined the operational procedures in his forever professional and friendly manner. The new chair is fantastic and so comfortable. Larry and the team at C & DC are second to none.

I was in a terrible position, as I desperately needed mobility to get to work and carry on with my daily routine.C&DC came to my rescue in adapting the new chair to fit more appropriately for my safety snd greater ease of mobility.Previously, I had ordered a new chair. So, due to my smaller stature than usual, I needed my old seat and foot rest put on the new chair to make everything fit more comfortably so as to enable me to gain more freedom of mobility. And they also put the new arms from the new seat on the old seat, since the older arms were worn out, after 10 years of use.Al in all I was estatic snd happy to see how much they cared by taking the time and effort to adapt my new chair fit to my rare and unique specifications.These are genuine people who truly care and will go the extra mile to prove it. Michael Chan: Please shop here for your CPAP needs!!!Visiting Hamilton from Kitchener, I had an emergency with my hose leaking, I was offered a replacement Hose for a fair price.The staff were very welcoming and informed on the products.Also, on my CPAP mask, I happened to be missing a clip - preventing a proper seal, which they kindly provided free of charge. This saved me a good $30 from buying a new Headset - of which I truly appreciate.Thank you again guys, all the best to you!!!
