Abhishek Saju: Hands down the best place to get any work done on your transmission. They are really good at analysis and getting to solutions. Went to other shops and they said quoted very expensive fixes which I thought were irrelevant to the problem I had with my Mazda. But here they looked into it and gave me the exact fix required for my car at the a very reasonable charge. Thank you and I recommend this place to anyone needing any transmission related work!

Anthony Lackraj: they had my car in the bay and they were working on it. I did not have to call for an update because Dan and Peter called me to ask if I'd like him to change two of the suspension components that had to be taken off in order to get the differential out because the bushings were worn. I kindly thanked him for calling to ask me first but I asked him not to change them as I planned to replace all 10 peices of the multi-link suspension this summer

Kavinath Kanesalingam: Just called this place to get some history on a car they rebuilt a transmission on. They were very helpful and provided full history on what was done to the vehicle. Not many shops take the time to provide help when they don’t make money. Just based on this interaction I would visit these guys.

Jason A: Second time going to Ron’s and it will definitely be a business I frequent for all drain and fills and any other transmission issues that may arise. Ron and his team are friendly, reliable and most importantly to me honest.I drain and filled my own transmission but didn’t want to overfill so I decided to take it there to be sure I did it right. He filled two additional litres and told me that’s all it needed. He didn’t try to re drain my transmission or charge me anything unfair. It was actually a generous price that I’m grateful for.It’s very tough to find an honest transmission service shop and I’m glad I followed the reviews and researched them extensively before my first visit so this time it was a no brainer. Definitely highly recommend business.

Hugh Clark: My old car, a 2013 Dodge Charger developed a mid-shift that only happened when the car was cold and it was shifting up into 3rd or 4th gear for the first time each day - it would stumble badly, but then it would be fine for the rest of the day. My regular garage specifically recommended I go to this Mr. Transmission, so there I went. If they would have told me that it would be 5,000 for a rebuild I would have said “Ok”. But they diagnosed this car over a couple of cold cycle mornings and said “you may as well just drive it as long as you can put up with a minor mis-shift, otherwise you would be wasting your money to rebuild it”. So that’s what I did - I drove it for 18 months and it never got any worse and I ended up getting a great trade value for it. These guys are honest and have my deepest respect.

But I have to write this review, cause even though I just came to get them to look at it/inspect it, the guys where treating me very professionally, with patience and care. I’ve worked in the field before and from what I saw I could tell their shop is very clean and organized. Haven’t even gotten to use their service but I still felt the need to leave a positive review, because it’s deserved. Hoping I won’t have to, but if I got any problems with my transmission or similar in the future, I will know where to go.
