Sajila Masnun: Incredible service. I got the hair botox treatment which is a deep conditioning treatment that permanently smoothens the hair and removes frizz. Even though the treatment has the word botox in it it is not a botox it is entirely non invasive. It repaired my hair entirely and made my hair so smooth and shiny I highly recommend this treatment to anyone. It restores the health of your hair and prevents split-ends and you don't need to use any treatments at home to maintain your hair as this fixes everything so it actually saves money in the long run. This is my second time getting the treatment here and my first one kept my hair smooth and healthy for about 6 months. They also cut and styled my hair and I really liked the hair cut they gave me.They are very accommodating and their service is excellent. Caroline Bettger: I have known Darlene for over 20 years. She gives by far the best facial I have ever had. I lived in Toronto for over 10 years and her facial is better than most of the top spas that I would go to when I lived there. She really has a magic touch.Most recently she has a new product for pain and it is truly amazing. She has both a cooling and a heat option and I can speak from experience - both products they work wonders. My whole family swears by the products. Becca Cainey: , she made sure to check in and ask for consent often. She made sure I had water and was comfortable through out, even got me a hair tie when she noticed it could bother me for a bit. She was efficient and clearly knew what she was doing. Made sure to change what wax was used based on the hair and not the body part.The most impressed I’ve been by someone in a long time and I highly recommend getting waxed by Charlie! She truly is an asset to the ten spot!! 10/10The wax membership is also worth it if you frequently get waxed!

Toes look like any normal pedi, there were no massage chairs, the price with min. tip %15 option came to $84. Normally I don't spend this much on a pedicure in Hamilton. Good service, came a bit pricey.
