Losani sent someone to help the same day and he stayed 2 hours until we learned that it was a dead mouse behind a wall. Once removed and hole was filled it was all good. Orma Bleeks: Good info from sales person. Delivery scheduled to my convenience and went totally smoothly. First given morning time frame then that morning a 30 minute time frame and fridge arrived at the 15 minute mark of the 30. Movers were polite, careful, skilled and it was a very easy task.
