Linh Nguyen: Needed a group 27F battery for my Lexus. All the usual places I go like Costco or Walmart do not have it. This place has one for $120, which is MUCH cheaper than the going rate of around $160! They didn't even charge me a core feel and told me that they're using the honour system of me returning the old battery! If you're a less honourable person you can get like at least $10 by dropping off the old battery at the scrap yard! Will be going here from now on for all my battery needs!

Lancaster (Lancaster): Can you put a customer entrance sign on the door? If you've never been you wouldn't know which door to go to. I even had someone ask me where the entrance was. It's the glass door with no markings on it. Will return. I appreciate the order online and pick up in store.

Natasha Serkus: I woke up this morning with a low tire pressure warning. I drove my car in a panic straight to Kal Tire. They were able to squeeze me in today and fixed my tire. I had a nail in my tire. They gave me a approx time it would be done and it was done close to the time they said. They have great customer service.
AmyandNatasha: at the front desk. Both so professional, friendly and willing to answer dozens of questions. And what a beautiful clean garage this location has with spacious waiting room. I always feel secure after I've brought my car here, like I know it's been looked after. But Adam and Bevan are one of the main reasons this is agreat place to take your car. Service staff this understanding and approachable is hard to find.
Laura K: What a great experience!! Dropped in as I had a slow leak in my tire that my dealership couldn't find. So I thought I'll go to the experts. They were able to take me and had the tire swapped with my spare in about 10min. I told them as it's the holiday weekend, keep the tire. Well, they were able to figure out the issue with the tire and get it fixed in about an hour. My dealership is going to be so embarrassed when I tell them, lol. Anyways these guys are top notch. I went back, they swapped my tire, checked the pressure on the others and were all around lovely. I highly reccomend these folk. Definitely amazing customer service pros!! Great job guys and Thanks!! I'll be back when it's time to buy new tires for sure.
Mark Principi: Had a Screw in My Tire on A Saturday Afternoon. I Stoped in here Near Closing Time and They Fixed My Tire on My Car No problem. Stoped in a Week later And got a New Set of Tires for The Same Car. The Service Manager is very Pleasant and Represents Kal Tire in Very Professional Way.Large Waiting Room . Well Worth a look if You Need New Tires.

Reese reese: Amazing experiance with this place... first time I had ever been, lowered my 2017 civic and could not get a shop that could get me in withing reason, or one that would even handle camber arms and lowered specs. This shop I called not even expecting to get me in that min. Asked if I could get it in withing the next day, they were on it on the phone offered for me too come right then if it worked knew exactly what I was asking for and didn't act one bit hesitant too it, I felt like my car was in good hands right from the phone call and I'm nervous with anyone touching my car. Then I can truly say I wish I got too thank the mechanic that handled my car and got a name to review here. He was thoroughl and careful handling my vehicle and got it done within absolutely reasonable time. Very happy and would recommend and bring my other vehicles that way again!! Thank you!!

I told him that I needed the tires changed over, and from there it took very little time to have me on my way. I was truly amazed at how quick the team was and also how painless everything was. I barely had enough time to make myself a coffee and I was on my way.Thanks again! Amazing service, I will definitely be back again and would recommend!Dave
