Lisa Crossley: Really fantastic experience with Dr. Bhatti and his team! My teenaged daughter has severe anxiety and was in an absolute panic about her oral surgery this morning, but the team was so patient and gentle with her that they were able to get her calmed down enough to get the IV going for the conscious sedation and successfully complete the procedure, when I was pretty sure she was not going to be able to go through with it. She’s recovering well and has only good things to say about Dr. Bhatti, the anesthesiologist and the rest of the POM team. Highly recommend Parkview for any oral surgery, especially for nervous patients!

Elena Kozlenko: My son had a tooth extraction under general anesthesia a few days ago at the Oakville location. The whole procedure took about twenty minutes and went painlessly and stress free. They have a very nice caring team who knows their job. By now, the extraction site is healing well and my son barely has any recollection of this visit. Dr. Soliman did an excellent job!
Rana Kayed: I was referred to Dr. Soliman for a tooth extraction that had become infected following a root canal procedure. Dr. Soliman was amazing! He took the time to explain the treatment plan and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and caring. The ladies at the front desk and the nurses are also amazing! I would highly recommend this office for all your extraction/ bone grafting needs.
Chanelle Atolagbe: Great experience! I had two wisdom teeth removed, top and bottom. I was sedated and woke up with no pain. I'm on day two and have had no swelling, no pain, and no need to take any pain relief. They even did a courtesy check up call the next day which was nice. Couldn't believe the amazing recovery. The staff were all so incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend having oral surgery here. And thank you guys for amazing treatment!

His staff go above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly. Everyone involved were so caring helpful and patient.I highly recommend!!!

They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. They were so well organized and had a package ready for us. The day of the surgery was amazing. It couldn't have went better. They treated my daughter with such kindness and took care of her as though she was their own child. Even walked her to the car with me. The BEST dental experience we have ever had.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and did not experience any pain during the procedure or after. The cost of my initial consultation and the procedure were both very reasonable. All instructions leading up to the procedure are explicitly laid out to me, so after care was a breeze. I would recommend Dr. Gusenbauer without hesitation and in the highest regard.

Josh Macdonald: Havent been to a dentist in 10+ years because of some terrible experiences as a kid at other dentists. Everyone that was involved with me for a new patient exam, x-rays, cleaning, and fillings were very understanding and accommodating to my anxieties. Ensuring everything was going well, talking about different things, and making sure I was comfortable. My insurance also ran out so we made plans for the new year to finish up my other filings and another cleaning so I wasn't having to worry about out of pocket expenses.
Isabella Cujo: I went to Eastgate dental and had the best experience. My dental hygienist Ferdous was wonderful and so very compassionate. She was so encouraging and I would recommend Eastgate Dental and Ferdous to anyone who will need a dentist. Five stars in my book. Thank you Ferdous, you are the best!

However the dentist and her assistant were amazing today, showing compassion and empathy. Taking time to make sure I was heard and doing all they could to help ease my pain. I will return only to continue my care with Maria and the dentist I seen today. As for the lady who makes appointments, show some empathy towards your patients for the lives they live.

S Strong: I have anxiety over dentists and was referred here. The staff is very friendly. Miriam the hygienist was thorough and offered amusing conversation which made me relaxed. Dr. Dua is very kind and thorough. She makes me feel very comfortable and her work is painless. Highly recommend!!
Nicholas Wehrle: My wife had went to see Dr. Shady with a pain in her gums that had been there for some time, being to a different Dentist prior to this visit they had just told her to take Tylenol and nothing was wrong. Almost immediately Dr. Shady looked at the X-ray and had identified what the cause was and told us the steps required to fix this! The office is very nice and the staff are very friendly, we are both happy to say we have found our new dental office.

A M: All of the staff here are super friendly and informative! The receptionists are so welcoming and are also always on the ball with responding to calls and making sure they are able to find appointment times that work for me. Also, the dentists and other professionals inside explain everything they do clearly and make every visit comfortable. I'm normally nervous at the dentist, but they make the experience comfortable by speaking to me like a person. I've had experiences at other dentists that felt very rushed, somewhat painful/uncomfortable, and stressful. However, the professionals here always ask if I'm feeling alright, and always inform me of everything they're doing in my mouth. As someone who can be anxious at times, I might feel too nervous to speak out if I feel discomfort or nervous about a procedure. It's refreshing because you can tell they care about my comfort, not just getting the job done. Thank you!
