Sam Samida: Hip style bar on James. Small place but cozy and stylish. Great dishes. Nice drinks. Tequila were fraction of what we paid last night but harsh. Still we went through many of them. Always smiling and welcoming staff, the standard pub menu is envisioned a little different and is definitely fresher and tastier than the frozen chain stuff. What ever sports game is big that day will be in eye shot on the Big screen or 2 smaller TVs. The Burns: Friendly staff and cold beers. Certainly an experience to be had if you're looking for something to do at the end of the week.

Emily Paddock: It's a tidy place with a cohesive ambiance. The food is really good. I went w/ 2 friends. We all got the garlic bread with cheese as an appetizer. I got a poutine, my one friend got spaghetti. My other friend got some sort of burger I think. The server was great, very accommodating. My friend and I both have more obsure dietary restrictions and they still helped us figure out what was safe. The food does lean towards the pricier side, but not overly so. And it's also kind of worth it because the food really is that good. My biggest complaint if I were to look for one is that the drinks menu can be a little confusing, I couldn't find the non alcoholic drinks. However that really wasn't an issue. I probably could have asked the server but I kind of didn't feel like it cause should be drinking more water anyways and also it's pretty common for many places to not list all the beverages. The dessert was also really good, my friend and I split the lava cake and the cookies and cream cake. It was so decadent, definitely gotta come back to try the red velvet and tower of power.

Holly LaRue: My partner and I are frequent goers to the corcktown. We love grabbing a quick beer or sometimes we stick around for the entertainment but either way, we always get food. The food, the service, the people, atmosphere and entertainment are absolutely fantastic.But- my only complaint is the Irish Stew. We’ve both purchased the stew at different times and there’s way too much mashed potato. It resembles more of a shepherds wipe than a stew. The flavours are great! It’s tastes great… it’s just not a stew. Keith Kindree (KeithK): Every time I visit Ward IV, I have a good experience. Last night, I went to hear a Jazz Singer with guitar accompanist. We had dinner there while listening to nice, easy jazz. The pasta and meatballs were very good. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. I can't wait to go back, especially in the summer where there are back & front patios.

Jeanette Pattison: Only 4 stars on atmosphere only because it was very chilly. Otherwise, a great place for snacks or dinner. They have a very extensive menu so you'll have no problem finding something that you like. Our server was very good and very friendly. I would go back. Their potato skins were delicious! Timothy Smith: Had a great meal here. Was walking by with my date while on the wait list for another nearby restaurant. We loved the look of their large patio area, so cancelled the other place and went in. Food, service, and atmosphere were all superb! They had two soups-of-the-day to choose from, which was a pleasant surprise. We'll be back for sure!

Erica Nichol: All of the bartenders and the owner are super friendly, as far as I'm concerned the only bar in town. If you like friends, fun and karaoke nights this is the spot. They have lots of board games and the occasional comedy night.Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible, there is a ramp to the door.

Market Rant: Very cool place for a drink. Makes a good date night. Has a speakeasy vibe, very nonchalant, with excellent cocktails. The cocktails are interesting and well made with quality ingredients. They have a great bitters and alcohol selection with some premium and lesser-known bottles. I will have to come back to review the food, but the snack menu pairs nicely with the drinks.
