Dianne Paron: 3 times in the past for private cremations for kitties we've had to sadly say goodbye to...can't speak highly enough about the caring service we received, made a sad process so much easier. We have since moved to Tillsonburg, have yet another kitty and am happy to find out about the Smithville location. Hopefully won't need it too soon!
Natalie K: My sweet cat passed away suddenly. My family was heartbroken. We brought her to Morgan Animal Hospital and she was sent out for cremation. We picked up her remains today and were so happy with everything Gateway Pet Memorial provided. Very thoughtful. I highly recommend this company.

Nancy Majoros: A huge thank you to all the carrying staff at this facility. I brought my beloved Bruno of almost 15 years in to visit a week before he crossed. The staff were very helpful and showed me the procedure and explained everything. They don't often meet the pet while alive, so were glad to see him. They are caring, compassionate and understanding. They treat their job with pride and value the clients. Tomorrow I will be visiting again with Bruno's brother Kish. Knowing he will be going to gateway is comforting. Gateway gives you closure to the very end. Thank you for being that special place that makes it special for us. !!
Denise Sakauye: The employees here made an extremely difficult and emotional day a bit easier by being so caring and so accommodating. Nothing was rushed and they made sure we were comfortable leaving our precious girl in good hands. There's nothing pleasant about cremation. And when I arrived here, I wasn't ready to leave her. But after meeting the staff and seeing how professional and kind they were, I trusted that she was in good hands. The cremains were returned the same day and the presentation was very thoughtful. I will be forever grateful to the employees who took such good care of my girl.
M Rai: This a horrible review to have to write but Gateway made a sad time better by the way they honoured our dog. The presentation of the cremains and the consideration for our needs is unsurpassed. I hope we don't need their services any time soon but when we eventually do, we wouldn't dream of having anywhere else handle our beloved pets remains. Thank you.

Dave Phillips: In August of 2022 my wife Jackie Phillips passed away after a battle with cancer. Prior to that we had pre paid our arrangements through ABC. The response from the team at ABC was timely starting from the time Matt and Janelle came to the hospice to collect her. During the time they were there they were respectful and treated my wife with dignity and were so compassionate with our family. During our appointment with Mindy to finalize all the paperwork she was kind respectful and knowledgeable. We even had a few laughs.Thank you to the team at ABC for going above and beyond and making our experience with them easier at a difficult time.You are all kind and compassionate people. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I have nothing bad to say even asked if I wanted to see her again before she was cremated.
