Dave Phillips: In August of 2022 my wife Jackie Phillips passed away after a battle with cancer. Prior to that we had pre paid our arrangements through ABC. The response from the team at ABC was timely starting from the time Matt and Janelle came to the hospice to collect her. During the time they were there they were respectful and treated my wife with dignity and were so compassionate with our family. During our appointment with Mindy to finalize all the paperwork she was kind respectful and knowledgeable. We even had a few laughs.Thank you to the team at ABC for going above and beyond and making our experience with them easier at a difficult time.You are all kind and compassionate people. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Their professionalism, attention to detail and just amazing care & compassion! I never had to worry about anything, they had it covered from start to finish without any glitches along the way. The staff certainly take quite a burden off your shoulders at a time when you need it the most. As a side note, my mother looked absolutely amazing, which is something I find very rare when attending open caskets! The job was top notch and I know my mother approved! Thank you all!

As death is hard for anyone believe when I say I had NO CLUE what needed to be done. We started with Alex and finished with Catherine who explained all the things I needed to do for my son's daughter like CPP etc.Now I needed something very special done with my son's ashes and even though they had never ever been asked to do this. They were able to accommodate my request.They made a very hard experience manageable because they met it with both compassion and kindness.A very warm and sincere thank you 😊
