My first time coming in since the new management. All i can say is wow what a great positive change the whole atmosphere was upbeat and happy. The lady that did my nails was amazing. I will definitely be back. Update went back today and again excellent service. They remembered us, asked how our vacation was. Made me feel like family, definitely will be my only nail place. Collen is amazing and so is Mary and the rest of the staff 10 plus for sure.

I’ve heard nothing but amazing things from people so I decided to give them a shot. They’re 30mins from my house but they are sooooooo worth it!! I got bio gel done and they weren’t thick and chunky like most places do it. They look very natural. Love it here

Sasha Henry: They always have appointments and do good pedicure and generally good work but they don’t know how to do enough designs for the fees they be charging for those extra designs. If you’re keeping it simple or doing something easy they’re perfect and all very nice but spending extra $20-$30 for a design I show you should reflect it being done well.

I love getting french manicures with shellac and they always look amazing and I get a lot of compliments. Plus they last for a long period of time. Take my 2 youngest kiddos too and they always make them feel welcome and figure out ways to use the massage chair despite their small size.

It has been 2 1/2 weeks since getting one at this nail salon and they are in great condition. A little scuffed up because it’s been 2 1/2 weeks but not one nail has flaked or peeled off that never happens. Becca Cainey: , she made sure to check in and ask for consent often. She made sure I had water and was comfortable through out, even got me a hair tie when she noticed it could bother me for a bit. She was efficient and clearly knew what she was doing. Made sure to change what wax was used based on the hair and not the body part.The most impressed I’ve been by someone in a long time and I highly recommend getting waxed by Charlie! She truly is an asset to the ten spot!! 10/10The wax membership is also worth it if you frequently get waxed!

Toes look like any normal pedi, there were no massage chairs, the price with min. tip %15 option came to $84. Normally I don't spend this much on a pedicure in Hamilton. Good service, came a bit pricey.
